Should you require assistance booking massages, restaurants or drivers you need only ask. If you prefer to have the villa all to yourself, simply let our team know. We remain available or invisible, as you prefer.
I stayed here over New Years 2017 with a group of friends. The villa is massive and every part of it is great. We spent most of our time by the huge pool or on the rooftop getting some afternoon sun. The staff are so helpful and accomodating. The location is so central so everything in Seminyak. Would strongly recommend to anyone I know!

Most beautiful Villa in Bali!
The most beautiful Villa I have ever been lucky enough to stay in! The staff were so lovely and helpful, and Sansa was a very friendly dog. I would recommend this place to anyone and hopefully will be back again soon. Many thanks :)

10 star accomodation 🌟🌟🌟🌟
We stayed here for a week in January 2018.
It is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Photos simply can’t do it justice. With its enormous bedrooms, spectacular furnishings, very large pool and amazing rooftop- we will never stay anywhere else.
The staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful.
Can’t wait to return later this year.

Perfect
We have been to Seminyak before but wanted to stay a closer to the restaurants and shops this time. The location is perfect, it is right in the middle of the best places but hidden away in a quiet street so we we able to have the best night sleeps. We were able to walk everywhere in Seminyak.
The villa is huge, much bigger than it looks on the pictures. Our bedroom was just perfect, it had an inside and outside bathroom.
The hosts are amazing, so kind, friendly and helpful.
We would definitely recommend the villas for those looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Seminyak.

Anyone heading to seminyak looking for some 5star luxury accomodation?
I can highly recommend villa khaleesi 😍.
Clients of mine (Lou) have just built this gorgeous villa and have showed us a great time .. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the best massages, ate in the best places and sorted all our transfers. Making a good holiday a great one.
I was (Mel) introduced to Krystyna, Steve and the fabulous Villa Khaleesi through my mate, Lou. The villa experience is very relaxing and a private oasis to completely unwind. It was walking and scooter (allot of fun) distance to the shops and popular venues in Seminyak, like Mrs Sippy.

Beautiful villa, lovely hosts, peaceful area, close to everywhere!
My girlfriend and I visited this amazing place just last week and it honestly was the best place we could have wished for!
The hosts are something else, and definitely staying in contact for the foreseeable future! Breakfast was well thought out as the hosts have the best bread and some of the best cooks!
Well stocked fridge with a fine selection and a lovely roof terrace. I can't fault the place!

Luxurious, Amazing and Cannot wait for return visit!
We booked this villa from July 26, 2017-Aug 3, 2017. From the moment I booked, the owners were messaging me all about the area as I had many questions. We got in very late and they had their villa driver Yudi pick us up from the airport, a house manager greeted us at the villa and got us all set up for the next day. The staff greeted us in the morning and breakfast was prepared daily. The staff was so wonderful and friendly...all of them! They assisted with all of our needs and even offered more than we requested and were so helpful in planning our itinerary. The accommodations were very luxurious. Everything was new, clean, and lovely! We would tour one day and always spend the entire next day at the villa relaxing. We used Yudi to drive for all full day tours. He was Great! There is a lot to do within walking distance to villa and plenty of restaurants and shopping. We are a family of 6 and cannot wait to go back. We will try to book this villa again. I miss the mornings lounging by the pool. It was so peaceful! I cannot say enough great things about this villa...our family will treasure the memories made there!

Incredible villa. A real gem. Very high standard of finish within the villa (18 year old son was blown away by subtle Game of Thrones theme!). Staff and owner so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Inwardly situated and everywhere walkable. We had the best time.

Spacious, luxurious and tasteful villa with an authentic Balinese feel - perfect getaway!
It's a stunning villa with everything needed for a magical holiday away from it all. It's close to the beach, wonderful cafes and fine dining and the most amazing $8 massages at a nearby spa!
The staff are lovely, gracious and typify Balinese courtesy. Chef Ari cooked an really delicious authentic banquet one night!
The subtle yet cheeky Game of Thrones theme, complete with the Tyrion Terrace shaded by a magnificent tamarind tree and signature fragrances just top it off.
It has certainly made it to my 'return to one day asap' bucket list!

About the neighborhood
We love our location. We are in a local Balinese neighbourhood and you will experience the daily life of local people, children playing in the street and elders blessing their temples. You will immediately feel the essence of a seaside Bali holiday, without any compromise to lifestyle. We’re just a short walk to the beach, and an equally short walk to the most desirable food, fashion, bars and clubs in Bali. The villa pays homage to the local village heritage and is located in a hidden hamlet, shaded by mango, tamarind and frangipani trees.
Getting around
So much is within walking distance. If you need to get somewhere a little further afield, we like to hail an Uber or taxi - they are very cheap in Bali. We also have a number of drivers we know and trust who will be happy to take you out for the day. Prices vary depending on time and distance. You may elect to rent a scooter or car, though it's not necessary. We advise against renting a motorbike unless you own a bike at home and are a confident rider. If you decide to rent a vehicle, there is a carpark for you.
