Villa
Our Villa is a beautiful quiet piece of paradise right near all the hotspots of seminyak. Just a sort stroll and you have an amazing selection of restaurants to choose from as well as convenience stores bakery and spa's.
We have 2x king bedrooms with ensuite and air-conditioning and flat screen TVs as well as year round pool.
A 3rd dbl bedroom also with aircon and tv complete with ensuite. Kitchen, dining, lounge and large green balinese garden with traditional bale makes our Villa a balinese oasis.

As this is a quiet family oriented area, no loud music or partys after 10pm.

Not great
Mosquito problem. Dated villa needs major updating. Poor bathrooms with low water pressure. Had issue with air-conditioning.

This villa is beautiful!!! Brand new super comfy, super king beds! 4 of us stayed here for 4 nights. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping, loved all the tropical plants! Had the best massage ever by a lady brought into the villa🥰 Love the decor and pool, everything was so clean. Book this villa, you will love it!!!❤️

Dont bother
Stayed in feburary 2020.
Dribble of hot water in top room and bottom main room.
Kitched and living area is open and has no aircon. Mozzie central.
Bottom room bed super noisy and squeaks.
Roof leaks through when it rains.
Pool guys let themselves in with no prior notice.
Cleaning maid took 2 pool towels with her and didnt replace.
Very close to working prison.
No markets around.
Not too many food places around
Place looks great in photos but is run down. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Piece of paradise
This villa was our very own piece of paradise. Stayed here with husband and children 21,20 and 16 for 1 week. Highly recommend this villa, it is amazing and great location, close to eating and heart of seminyak. Tiya the villa manager is contactable and very helpful. We will definitely be back!!🙏🙏🙏

Amazing
Stayed 4 nights in this amazingly villa very peaceful and private great location
After a busy day out great place to come and wind down wish we could have stayed longer Thankyou Heather we absolutely loved it.

This place is amazing. Like the previous review - everything you need for a great holiday. Picked up from the airport and met at the villa by the manager, shown everything we needed to know. Great amenities from restaurants, shops, walks etc. Manager was available at the other end of the phone for any questions we had. Clean, comfortable, spacious and relaxing - would definitely recommend!! Can't rate this place highly enough. If we are back in Bali we will definitely be rebooking here

Home away from home
Absolutely 5 Star! Beautiful spacious best of all comfortable 3 bedroom villa with 3 bathrooms. From the moment you enter the villa you feel serenity, feel at home and wow! This is perfect! Excellent location close to shops and restaurants, atm around the corner very convenient. Very Clean and tidy, calming atmosphere, relax in the private pool or sleep outdoors under the casebo.The villa is well equipped everything and more you will need.Affordable price what more do you want! Perfect accomodation for your next holiday!!! Amazing😊😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
