    All garbage, trash, debris and other forms of refuse will be contained in trash bags and deposited by the Tenants in the shed in the parking lot right across from this unit. Recyclables are on the other side of the parking lot right behind. Tenants and their guests shall not smoke inside or on the balconies of the building. Linens are not included. No glass ware is to be brought to the pool Please adhere to check out times 10 AM EST.

    Door is unlocked with code, which will be provided a few days before arrival. Linens, beach chairs, and toiletries are not included but all beds have pillows and comforter / blankets. I will respond to all questions ASAP and timely.

    Vacation 2019 Villa house condo

    Perfect rental for the Jersey Shore

    Great location between Wildwood and Cape May with an ocean view. Diamond Beach is an easy few steps away but the condo is quiet because it is directly adjacent to the Cape May wildlife preserve.

    Amazing Place

    This was such a great place to stay. It is at a great location between Cape May and Wildwood so you aren't far from either experience. The Condo is only a block away from the beach and there is an outdoor bar and entertainment venue....More
