3rd level has two bedrooms (3 queen beds) and 1.5 baths (large stand up shower), brand new fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops, cherry cabinets, combo living room and dining room with TV, VCR and DVD player.
Upon arrival, we provide 4 parking passes for our block only. There are no designated spots. Pull up to an available meter and hang the pass on your rear view mirror during your stay. No need to drive anywhere unless you are visiting Cape May (10-12 minutes) or the grocery store. Plenty of great restaurants near-by within walking distance.
Small storage area in back of the house to place your beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas etc. Enclosed outdoor shower, clothes line for wet items and a BBQ Grille.
4 blocks from each Morey’s Piers! Great location and great neighbors. Can’t beat it.
We live on the 1st level and love being in Wildwood. We will greet you upon arrival and show you around our home and if you need anything you can easily call or text us. Linens can be rented upon request. You are responsible for bringing your own beach and bath towels, paper products, toilet tissue etc. We do provide some cleaning supplies and dishwashing soap.
***We DO NOT rent to kids, senior week, proms or groups. This is strictly a family rental. You must be at least 30 years old to rent. No parental signature is accepted.***
We take pride in our home and want to keep it nice for all of our guests. We ask that you leave it the way you found it.

Our home is for family rentals only. Head of household must be 30 years of age or older. We will not accept parental signature for young adults.
The place was clean and spacious. The whole family enjoyed our trip. The owner met us at the door when we arrived and provided a quick tour. Everything was as advertised. Only a block from the boardwalk. Thank you again and if we come to wildwood again we will definitely try to stay there again.

Clean, Spacious, & Family Friendly at a Great Price!!
The location was PERFECT. The famous Wildwood boardwalk is just one block away!! This is a great family-friendly condo with a lots of space and all of the necessities of home. Kelly & Bert made sure that our stay was comfortable. They greeted us upon arrival, gave me & my family a tour of their awesome residence, and provided free street parking for all three of our cars. What a Bonus!!

Beautiful Beach house. Wonderful owners
My family and I stood at Kelly and Bert's home on June 16th to 19h and it was a great experience. The house is beautifully decorated and it was spotless and clean. I have never rented a house before but due to the size of my family I decided to do so. I stood in the home with 8 adults and three kids. The house was more then comfortable for us and it even had an outside shower to take off all your sand. The Beach was walking distance. Wildwood is a beautiful place to visit for families and groups of friends. My family had a beautiful time. We made great memories at your home and would love to return. Thank you for being so sweet to us and taking out the chairs on Father's day for us to enjoy your backyard. Again you have a beautiful home and we would love to return. Beautiful Home
We were looking for a place to stay for an event happening at the convention center with 7 teenage girls! So glad we found this rental. It was immaculate. Not one single thing to complain about. Kelly, the owner, was wonderful and gave us a tour of the home and told us about the area. This was so much better than a hotel room. No need to run out and spend ungodly amounts of money on restaurants when you could just make your own food while you are there since the rental is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies. I highly recommend you check this out. You can't beat being a block from the beach and boards either! We will definitely be back again.

Beauty at the Beach!
My Family and I have stayed here multiple times. It is very spacious and comfortable. And immaculately clean. The location is prime and perfect for families. The neighbors are pleasing and the owners are very welcoming. If your looking to have a relaxing, enjoyable vacation in Wildwood this is the place to be for sure. Book it quick you don't want to miss out experiencing Beaty at the beach!!!!

Spent an amazing weekend with family & close friends...this house is spacious, clean, updated, and close to EVERYTHING, including BEACH, rides, restaurants, and boardwalk.

Lived on Island Time for a bit :)
My family and I had the most "fun in the sun" time at this beautiful house! Beach and boardwalk is steps away. Watched the fireworks from our porch. We arrived to an immaculate home and the owners were so sweet and pleasant. We will surely rent again.

Great place and so close to the boardwalk!
I rented this house for our girl scout troop stay at for Beach Jam 2016. This house was more than I imagined, the photos doesn't do it justice. The owner Kelly and her husband were more than accommodating to our large group. It's impeccably maintained, extremely clean and is located on a great block. Every room had us in amazement. Everything we needed was already in the house, we didn't have to do anything but enjoy ourselves. Spacious bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The dining room was big enough for all of us to grab a chair and eat at the table. I had no idea we were within a block of the boardwalk, my girls couldn't believe it! They loved everything about this house and so did the adults, we didn't want to leave! This beach house is more than a house, it truly is a home. You can tell by the way Kelly and Burt take care of it, it's shown in every room. This house made our weekend so much more pleasurable, enjoyable and memorable. Thanks again for having us, we had a wonderful time! I would gladly book with Kelly and Burt again for my next trip to Wildwood!

The Ultimate Wildwood Experience
We have stayed here for 3 years in a row and it's always been the ultimate Wildwood experience! Takes you right back to being a kid! Beach block, close to all the piers and excitement, view of the Friday night fireworks right from the balcony, beautiful beach, very family friendly location. The home is immaculate and well cared for you can tell there is pride in ownership. Comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well equipped, we grilled outdoors and we kept our bikes in the garage without worry. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating they go above and beyond, we felt like we were welcomed guests.
