Location GREAT. If your traveling back and forth from jersey to NY. On Bus.
But the conditions of the Unit. As far as a day to day stAy.
It needs Major renovations. Very old, major problems with the faucets all around. Bathroom stops up.
Tile on floors cracked. Overall it needs a lot of repairs.
If I was the owner I would do a major Paint, Fix floors, fix the bathroom.
Upgrade the Plates, cups, the dirty Pots and Pans.
My Family has stayed in many VRBO’s and this has literally been the worst.
Parking No parking if You’re bringing a rental car or your own personal car there is no parking at all at the unit.
During the day we were basically out all day and come back just to sleep and it’s just sad that people rent out homes in this type of conditions.

Friendly, convenient, cheerful stay
The location was perfect - bus stop to NY Port Authority right outside, outdoor pool meters up the road, fresh bakery next door and easy walk to the supermarket. Great places to walk and run and Julio and our neighbors were very friendly, helpful and quick to help us out in our wants and needs. The ground floor apartment was big enough for our family of 5. Julio was accommodating and available when we had questions. Great restaurants and hangouts. We'd love to stay again.

Fuimos 6 adultos los que estuvimos hospedados durante una semana en este departamento. Todos coincidimos en que resultó muy cómodo por precio, ubicación y atención. Debimos llegar a las 7.30 de la noche y por problemas en los traslados llegamos 1.30 de la madrugada. La gerente nos recibió a esa hora y nos brindó toda su atención hasta que nos pudimos instalar (incluida la ubicación de un estacionamiento para el vehÃculo en que llegamos). El departamento resultó muy cómodo, y su ubicación nos permitió trasladarnos rápidamente hacia y desde Manhattan. Para tomar y bajar del bus solo hay que caminar unos pocos metros. Cerca hay varios locales donde se puede encontrar vÃveres y golosinas a buen precio. Sin duda cuando volvamos a NY solicitaremos este alojamiento.

Es muy cómodo. Su ubicación muy conveniente. Para tomar el bus hacia NY solo debemos cruzar la calle. Somos 6 adultos que nos sentimos muy bien aquÃ.

Optimale Lage
Das Beste vorab: Die Lage ist wirklich Top.
Mit dem Bus der direkt vor der Tür hält, ist man für $ 3,50 schon zentral in NY.
Der Bäcker um die Ecke hat rund um die Uhr geöffnet, und auch sonst gibt es im näheren Umfeld viele Geschäfte für den tägl. Bedarf.
Unbedingtes MUSS, am Dienstag in das Pilsener Haus Biergarten, wo es bei Barzahlung 50% gibt :-)
Julio, incl. seiner Mutter sind wirklich sehr nett und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist sehr schön und ist gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Herd etc. Die Betten waren ordentlich und frische Handtücher waren auch da.
Allerdings ist die Wohnung selbst nicht unbedingt in einem Topzustand. Man muss auch kleine Abstriche machen was die Sauberkeit (z.B. Böden/ Sofa) angeht.
Der bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen angegebene Geruch im Hausflur ist tatsächlich an manchen Tagen etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Alles in allem stimmte für uns das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.
Und besonders zu Loben ist, wie Julio sich auf jede Frage von uns sehr kurzfristig gemeldet hat.

Great value and location
Great location, the bus stop to Manhatten just outside the apartment. Always some traffic, so about 20-30 minutes drive. A big apartment (ok standard), clean, nice bedrooms. Air condition worked. A very nice and helpful manager next door. 24/7 bakery next building and a safe neighborhood too. A supermarked (food) about 7 minutes walking.
Not to easy to see the skyline from the apartment or area around, but when driving home by bus you saw it well.
Great place and would love to stay again!

Big apartment,fully equiped kitchen, the building manager was very nice and helpful.
The location very convenient and the bus to Manhattan accross the street.

Union City, also known as West Hoboken, is a residential neighborhood. Palisade Avenue, where the condo is located, is one of the most exclusive areas in the city. There are parks, playgrounds and a municipal pool just a few blocks away. There is bus service directly to Manhattan right in front of the building. Hoboken is just a 15 minute walk from the condo. The light rail is also located a couple blocks away, which will take you to Newport Mall and Liberty State Park in Jersey City. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly.
Getting around
The most common attraction is Manhattan. The best way to get to Manhattan is by taking the NJ Transit #123 bus, which stops across the street from the building and takes you to the Port Authority Bus Station located on 42nd Street in Manhattan.
