This beautiful brand new 2nd floor property is located on the corner of 9th & Wesley Avenue in the heart of Ocean City, NJ. Just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, or downtown to enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,700 square feet of living space. Private elevator (for 2nd floor unit only) which is great for the Grandparentsc handicap friendly with no steps in the unit. This home features two master bedrooms (one King size, one Queen size), another Queen bedroom with balcony, two bedrooms with full over full bunk beds, a full size futon sofa in entry level, TV/Foosball table/game room in entry level, beautiful furnishings and plantation shutters. Family room 55h flat screen TV with premium cable, 50h in game room, as well as TVs in all bedrooms...

Cute but SMALL, definitely not for 14
Cute and convenient location but space space and tight.
So we stayed here with family that rented for our annual beach vacation. Nice property but place is very small, be warned the pictures are deceiving. The two bunk rooms slept 3 each but the rooms were small, hot, musty and lacked air flow. The kitchen was cute with decent amenities but also very small, couldn't really cook with more than 2-3 people near the stove, microwave was under the counter which was hard to get to (weird location) and table only sat 12.
Location was nice, elevator was a plus, beach chairs, carts, boogie boards and umbrellas were provided and in decent condition. So many properties that are also new, so would pick a different location next time.
