It seems the owners of this apartment went to IKEA for all the furniture. None of it was very comfortable, including the hard mattress but it was all doable. The worst of it was the all white walls and sterile appearance. My husband said he felt like he was in a hospital. There were no curtains, only see thru shades therefore little privacy and a bright room at night.
On the plus side we got a one bedroom instead of the studio so there was plenty of room and closet space along with a nice kitchen. It was also spotlessly clean and everything seemed pretty new. It was quiet enough as well and we felt very safe in a good location.
The building is about a 5 minute walk to the path train. "7 minutes to NY" is a bit of an exaggeration. Between getting down the elevator, walking to the station, buying tickets, waiting for the train to come, I'd say it's more like 30 minutes to Manhattan.
