Situated directly across from the entrance to the beautiful sands of Bradley Beach, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and ocean views from the spacious porch, complete with patio furniture and barbecue. A playground and mini golf are conveniently located across the road from the property and the boardwalk is great for joggers, skaters, cyclists, or an evening stroll!
Terrace amenities: Large covered terrace, with picnic tables to seat 16+ has built-in outdoor speakers to connect to your ipod. Enjoy the ocean view and your favorite music together!

This was a great place for our family reunion
The beach is right across the street, it’s walkable from the train station (if you’re not carrying luggage), the house had enough bedrooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms for our large party, there are hot outdoor showers to wash off the beach sand (the showers at the beach are pretty cold), the restaurants and nightlife of Asbury Park are about a 15 minute walk along the boardwalk, the dishwasher/washer dryer/flatscreen TV and good Wi-Fi made it easy to be there. Best of all there is a large open air ocean view covered front deck area with a big dining table and room for the children to play and adults to talk into the night (there’s also a children’s play area and miniature golf nearby)

Great Family Rental!
Great rental for our large family! Right across the street from the beach, mini golf, and playground. Nice big front porch for evening family gathering. Nice BBQ grill also. We've been coming for years and will continue to do so.

Great location
This is a huge house right on the beach front. It's a little old fashioned but that adds to its charm.

About the neighborhood
In Bradley Beach , there is always boardwalk activity: Swimming, Beach
volleyball, biking, rollerblading, beach combing, kite flying, salt water surf fishing. Outdoor summer concerts at the gazebo and the bocci ball
courts are only a couple of blocks away. In addition, Bradley Beach has an
excellent 24 hour fitness center, as well as restaurants, ice cream shop,
movie theater, and a nice kid friendly bowling alley for those potentially
rainy days.
Point Pleasant's Amusement Park & Rides and Monmouth Park (horse
racing), are both within a 20 minute drive. If you like jet skiing, some
of our guests have had a good experience renting at Kings Marine Rentals
in nearby Toms River. Six Flags Great Adventure (rated second best theme park after Disney!) is about 40 minutes' drive, in Jackson NJ. It has an African safari and water park as well.
The train station is less than a mile away, and NJ transit (from NewYork
City) will take you to Point Pleasant Amusement Park, also in about 20
Minutes, and drops you off about 3 blocks from the entrance to the
boardwalk! Kids under 10 ride free, and the trip for adults costs about
$5. Of course, you can train to or from NY City in about an hour and a half.
