Ocean block, one house from the beach, just a few steps through the sand dunes to the white sandy beach. First floor of a duplex. Survived Hurricane Sandy without any damage. Easy for children to go to and from the house. Many amenities to make your stay comfortable. Each room is air conditioned. Very clean and well maintained. The unit has a master bedroom and a second bedroom which sleeps three (bunk beds and a twin bed). The family room has a sleep sofa, includes cable TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The house also has a gas grill, washer dryer, outdoor showers and furniture. Four beach chairs, and umbrella.

The house is for families, we do not allow parties to take place in the house.
No rentals to minors, adult over 25 must be present at all times
House accommodates five people.
Onsite parking for one car: NO oversized trucks, NO charging of electric cars
The apartment was great for our family! We brought our doggie and she loved it. It was so close to the beach and the fact that it came with chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards was amazing.
The washer dryer was perfect and the neighborhood

Drawback was the puddle
That formed when we showered outside but the owners are working on that. We love LBI!
