House Rental
A log home nestled in the mountains of New Hampshire, located on a 7 house cul-de-sac, a quiet family location. There is a Hot Tub off the lower level which has a sitting area, a large L shaped couch with a 72" TV with ROKU and DVD.
The 3rd bedroom with 1 single over single bunk bed and 1 double over double bunk bed is located on the lower level along with a full bath. The top level is the master, queen bed, his/her sinks with large walk-in shower, with a small sitting area over looking the main level living area. The main level has a dining table seating six, a kitchen island, a couch with 2 electric recliners, a single electric recliner, wood burning fireplace and 42" TV with Roku and cable. The 2nd guest room with ensuite 3/4 bath. There is a 1/2 bath off the main entry.

Minimum rental age is 25. Quiet hours after 10pm to 6am, please keep music and outside Hot Tub talking to suitable levels. Dogs need pre-approval from property manager but are generally welcome. There is a leash law in Madison.
Guests are required to remove all trash generated during their stay. Due to strict local recycling rules, there will be a service fee generated if trash is left on the premises.
