This is our family's newly remodeled beach house which we are only renting out for a few weeks this summer. We just finished totally renovating the entire first floor! These new pictures show the beautiful results! The price is now only $3000 per week plus NH Meals & Rentals Tax (plus the Booking Fee from TripAdvisor). Cottage will be professionally disinfected and sanitized between tenants. Minimum rental period is one week. All tenants must be over 25 unless accompanied by parent, grandparent or guardian (ID required). No more than the max # of guests on Rental Agreement may occupy premises. MUST keep flowers watered. You must be willing to actually CLEAN the cottage upon departure and there must be NO damage to receive $500 Cleaning and Security Deposit back. No pets allowed. Parking for ONE VEHICLE!

Hampton retreat
Cute convenient and fit our needs for a quick family get away . Ease of access to the beach , shops, restaurants. Having beach chairs, an umbrella buggy if needed and a short walking distance to the soft sand made it easy to come and go. Air conditioning and washer dryer all pluses !!

Wish we could have stayed longer!
Just steps from the beach, a short walk to restaurants, the arcade etc, this was the perfect location for a most relaxing vacation. Family from California had a cottage next door but this porch was the gathering place. Very clean both houses! We didn’t cook much, though grill and full kitchen facilities with everything you could want was there. We will certainly be back! May need a third house next year!

Perfect Getaway
What a lovely cottage! We spent a great week there and enjoyed every minute. Started every morning with a walk on the beach, which is minutes from the house and after dinner walked along the boardwalk and browsed the shops.. Lynn was so great, she even went out and purchased new beach chairs, umbrella and carrier so we didn't have to bring then from home. Highly recommend this property!

Charming NH beach cottage - just the way it should be!
I have stayed at this cottage for the last 25 years (same owners), and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is. The owners keep the place in tip top shape, and we really do just bring our linens and food for the week. The porch is wonderfully shaded and a great way to spend the afternoon with a good book. There are even beautiful flowers lining the porch in hanging baskets every summer! The neighborhood is great for families, as well as older folks looking for a way to spend their summer days. The sandy beach and waterfront are just a short walk to the end of the street, and easily manageable even with a wagon toting all of the kids and sand toys! I can't say enough about how much I look forward to my vacation at the beach every summer!

About the neighborhood
Our cottages are located in the quieter "Island Section" of Hampton Beach on Dover Ave. This is the second little street on the right (towards the ocean) after crossing over the bridge from Seabrook into Hampton on Rt 1A. This is not oceanfront property - but you do not need to cross busy Ocean Blvd to get to the beach. There are about 10 cottages (only 175 yards) between us and the sand dune at the end of Dover. It is an easy 2 or 3 minute walk to the beautiful flat, white sand beach!

Car recommended if you want to check out the scenic New Hampshire coast or Portsmouth or southern Maine.
