A refundable deposit of $100 will be collected at check-in, and if there are no complaints, you will receive it on check-out.

Had a great stay at Eric's abode. Not too far from the strip and close to stores and strip malls. Would come back here every time I come to Vegas.

Fabulous!Considerate!Excellent!!
This house was not only large enough to accommodate 5 people but it was comfortable, inviting and entertaining. The decor was eclectic and fun loving and the homeowner was welcoming and gratious. I will be returning

Excellent stay! Beautiful and comfortable home
Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner and were given a tour of the home as well as instructions (verbal and written) on how to set the alarm system. We were offered complimentary snacks and water. We were offered sheets and towels as well as access to a full kitchen. The pool was refreshing and clean. My friends and I had an amazing time and stay at this location and I highly recommend it.

Norma and friends were gracious guests, easy to communicate with, and took great care of the house, which is usually amazing, if someone is in vegas for birthdays :D Thank you for cleaning everything, and for your great communication, I hope to host you again next time!
