Awesome Incline Property at Lake Tahoe
From the very beginning I knew it would be a great rental because the owner called me and discussed particulars. The rental was beyond our expectations. Very Clean, spacious and well stocked, so we didn't have to run out right away and pick up essentials, not to mention the panoramic view of the lake. We WILL rent again in the future..

Fabulous views / Great R & R
My husband and I rented this home for a week and enjoyed the peace and quiet
that it afforded us. The views were spectacular and I loved having my
morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake. There would be plenty of
room for couples wanting a getaway or a family. Thank you so much for
providing such a beautiful home for us to enjoy.
P.S. For those that love to ski, this place is extremely close to the ski areas of Tahoe

Relax and enjoy the veiws in total comfort
Better than could be presented on a web page - we loved our stay and highly
recommend this home for the location and great views...very private - great
kitchen if you like to cook as I do - close to everything - Tub and sauna
are very nice. We'll go back!

Beautiful Lake View Retreat
Had a fabulous stay at this home at the end of summer. We were 3 couples and a couple "littles" and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful home. We were fortunate enough to have the master bedroom which was enormous and provided fabulous views. Enjoyed the spacious balcony/deck with it's wonderful view. Too many amenities to list such as sauna, whirlpool bathtub, fireplaces and well equipped kitchen. Suzanne was a dream to communicate with, super responsive, accommodating and went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, a short drive from beaches but far enough away to enjoy total serenity. Looking forward to returning very soon!

Top of the World
We only stayed here 2 nights, but would have loved a longer visit. The house is in good shape and the views are spectacular, as advertised. Kitchen was fine, and master suite was very comfortable, with extra space for our 10-mo old to sleep in the (provided!) Pack-n-play. The baby items provided were a huge help, as we traveled by air. Suzannah was extremely attentive and responsive to my questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay.
Location is great, but just expect a bit of a windy drive up and down to/from Incline Village. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because of a few very minor points of confusion related to garage parking (not available), changes to wifi, and having to take out the trash, but Suzannah kindly explained these things to me, or did her best to clarify any confusion. Older folks might like having a bedroom on the main floor, and there are no steps unless you use the upstairs master suite or sauna/workout room. I'd highly recommend this place to a friend. Would love to come back for a snowy or summertime visit.

I appreciate the feedback on your recent stay. Thanks for pointing out that we do have a bedroom downstairs which is important for many guests. On behalf of our local bear family I thank you for understanding the importance of using our bear safe dumpsters. Shawn and I do hope you return in the winter to witness Tahoe’s beautiful winter wonderland!

Amazing family weekend
thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our family had fantastic time at your house! With the slopes so close and the amazing lake view it was relaxation for body and mind.
Everything was impeccable and we enjoyed every second of our time there. If I had any suggestions it would be to have few extra pots and pans for cooking. I know that most people don't cook while there but occasionally you might have family like us that eats three homemade meals a day. I enjoyed cooking in your kitchen overlooking the slopes.
We hope to come back soon! I can only imagine how great summer stay would be.

Totally relaxed as if we were in our own place. (we wish).
The owners, Suzanna & Shawn, could not have been more helpful. I know I have made a new friend forever in Suzannah. Their home is not just perfectly located, but warm and comfortable. The view of the lake is spectacular. And if you're there in winter and love to ski, there is not a more perfect location. We have not stayed there in summer, but hope to. I can only imagine how wonderful it would be to enjoy their beautiful deck. We have rented many homes in our travels, but I have to say in my own "backyard" this rates a 10 in our book.

Mom's 80th Birthday Celebration!
Thank you for the use of your lovely home for us to celebrate our Mother's 80th birthday! The scenery was beautiful, the neighborhood was awesome but most importantly the view out of the living room was spectacular. The house was comfy and you made our arrival more than welcome. Thank you for the lovely welcome basket...We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend!
We spent this past Thanksgiving weekend at this rental home in Incline Village. We had a wonderful time - enjoyed the lovely master suite (bedroom, bath & sitting area), sauna and workout room, jacuzzi tub, kitchen and living room. The video portrayed this house perfectly. It was spotless upon our arrival and was very easy to tidy up when we were ready to leave. The view of the lake from the house from all vantage points was spectacular, especially in the evening as the sun was setting. It was a wonderful family weekend - we (2 adults and 2 kids) were able to all comfortably fit on the oversized (and inviting) couch in the evenings and pick from a variety of dvd's and videos to watch. There were shelves of books to read if we were bored (which we were not). We took walks, ate an amazing meal at the bar/restaurant down the road from Diamond Peak Ski Resort, took day trips and just basically relaxed in the comfort of this "home away from home" in which the owners thought of everything to make our stay pleasant and memorable. It is in a convenient location, has plenty of room and would be a great place to stay winter, spring, summer or fall. We will definitely consider renting this house again in the future.

The property is better than depicted on the website. It is spotlessly clean, meticulously maintained, and far exceeded expectations. In fact, one of our party wants to return to this house in warm weather with her family. We were there during "shoulder" season, so we did not ski or swim, but we enjoyed the spectacular Lake Tahoe area. We toured Tahoe, Truckee, Carson City, Virginia City, Reno, etc.

Just 23 miles from Reno/Tahoe International Airport. You should have a vehicle as taxis, Uber/Lyft are limited. Winter all wheel vehicle is required. Our roads are typically cleared of snow immediately but you have to climb up to 7500 elevation to get to our home.
