Accogliente
Abbiamo soggiornato cinque adulti per 12 gg. Confermo quanto già descritto riguardo gli ambienti della struttura confortevoli e molto accoglienti,,,a pochi passi la spiaggia cosi come il centro abitato da cui passano autobus verso palermo e dintorni. Ottime sono stati i passaggi di comunicazione con il sig. Antonello molto disponibile e premuroso.

Sehr hübsche Ferienvilla
Die Villa entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung, ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem Haus, was alles bietet für eine Familie. Es war auch sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer Antonello, total netter Mensch, war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Antonello hat eine Sammlung von Restaurantstipps und dort, die wir gerne ausprobiert haben.
Bei dem Haus ist ein sehr schöner Garten mit den Blumen und Orangen- Zitronenäumen, etc.
Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dieses schöne Haus buchen.

Stupenda Villa a Mondello
Bellissima villa, lontano dal caos della famosa borgata di Mondello. A piedi In 15 minuti si raggiunge facilmente la spiaggia e la piazza. Proprietari disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. La villa è ben dotata e non manca nulla, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Bellissima la veranda con vista del golfo di Mondello.

Lovely stay
Great house with a spectacular view and a very accommodating host. The house had lots of amenities, a great place to spend your holidays.

Location perfetta
Accogliente, con piante stupende dentro e fuori, splendida vista del golfo di mondello, ben arredata, in una posizione alta che consente il fresco serale e il silenzio perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi una vacanza vicino al mare.

Schön gelegene Villa mit großem Garten
Wir hatten das Haus Anfang Oktober 2019 für 12 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen gemietet und wurden vorher und während des Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich und zuverlässig von dem Eigentümer Antonello G. betreut. Unseren Mietwagen konnten wir sicher auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Villa ist etwas erhöht und ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, mit einem großen, geschmackvoll gestalteten Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Restaurants und der Strand sind gut zu Fuß in ca. 1,3 km Entfernung zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr bequem und günstig nach Palermo, er fährt ca. alle 20 Minuten unten vom Ortszentrum ab und braucht etwa eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum von Palermo. Sehr praktisch! Die Villa selbst ist sehr geräumig und großzügig gebaut, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Küchenausstattung (alte Töpfe und Pfannen usw.) entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen, so dass wir nur wenig gekocht haben. Am meisten haben wir den Wintergarten genutzt, der hell und freundlich eingerichtet ist und einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht und die Berge von Mondello bietet. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une vue à vous couper le souffle!!
Alors là ! je peux vous dire que cette villa est extraordinaire.
Nous sommes 4 amis trentenaires à avoir l'avoir loué.
Il y a tout le confort requis: climatisation, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, eau chaude, cafetières, barbecue, ect...
La cuisine est assez grande pour y préparer de delicieuses pâtes.
La vue à partir de la terrasse est à vous couper le souffle! Pour bien vous faire comprendre la magie de cet endroit, en rentrant de soirée, à chaque fois, mes amis et moi-même y passions 3 à 4 heures à contempler la vue et à refaire le monde un verre à la main.
Le matin, après être allé acheter des croissants fourrés à la pâte de pistache à la pâtisserie Alba, je leurs préparais un delicieux café et nous prenions notre petit-déjeuner, toujours en terrasse.
Antonello, le maître des lieux est extrêmement gentil et serviable. À votre arrivée il vous fera un petit tour de la ville dans son 4×4 en vous montrant les endroits sympas et utiles.
Le garage est immense. La maison est à 3 min de la plage et l'avantage c'est que de là -haut vous n'entendrez pas le bruit désagréable de la musique trop forte émanant des voitures des jeunes.
Villa idéale entre amis ou couples, hiver comme été.
À 20 minutes de l'aéroport ou de Palerme.
Nous y retournons c'est sûr. :)

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten
Das Haus liegt an einem Berghang am Rande von Mondello. Bis zum Strand(Zentrum) sind es ca. 1,5 km. Dafür wird man mit einen schönen Ausblick auf Mondello, die Bucht und dem Monte Pellegrino entschädigt.
Es biettet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und es ist alles, da was man braucht.
Zum Haus gehört ein wunderschöner großer Garten. Die Lage ist ideal für Touren in die Umgebung. Nach Palermo fährt ein Linienbus-super.
Einzig die Küche ist nicht ideal. Wenn man mal Kochen will, wird es ein wenig eng. Für Frühstück ist sie ausreichend.

La Sicile vue de la Villa Soliva
Nous avons passé une semaine sublime dans la Villa Soliva d'Antonello que nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Son bel appartement est très confortable, bien situé et nous gardons, tous les quatre, des souvenirs assez intense pour y retourner sans aucun doute.
