Welcome to Holt Cattle’s Guest Ranch! It is here that you will experience a view, with no words to describe it. Our Guest Ranch is the only home in the Flint Creek Valley with this 360-degree view. You will find yourself on top of a ridge, at the dead end of a private road, inside the gates of our Guest Ranch. The ranch consists of 98 acers. It is a part time working ranch. Depending on the time of year, you may enjoy cattle grazing the pastures and irrigation sprinklers watering the hay pasture. Occasionally a rancher may be checking fence lines, walking the herd of cattle, irrigation lines being moved, or hay being baled. This would be a rare occasion. Most likely you will not see another soul on our ranch. Our home is a custom-built home with no corners cut on the design and function, taking full advantage of the views out every window. Our home is designed well for a large group or just for two. For the two of you enjoy your romantic get-away alone with the crackle of the wood stove, with a walk in the pastures or enjoy the sunset over the Rocky Mountains! For the large crowd, utilize the full basement, allowing the kids to have their own space unwinding with movies and a large area to enjoy each other. This, giving the adults their own living room and space upstairs. There are corrals and stalls available for your horses. Bring your Snow Skis and enjoy Discovery Hill, 50 minutes from our ranch! Bring your fly fishing poles and fish the famous Flint Creek or fish at the reservoir just 10 minutes down the road! Hunt the untouched Flint Valley where approximately 30 elk are harvested a year. (During hunting season, you will get a complementary homemade dinner every night) Feel free to bring your toys and have a adventure! Take some much-needed time away and enjoy the quite nature, views, and big Montana Sky! We do have a website. You may see more photos and videos there. Here are things I have done for you, so you may put your feet up, relax and enjoy your trip. I know what its like to be the Mom, go on vacation and get right to work-DINNER! I have taken the burden off you. You deserve a vacation, too! I have filled a freezer with our favorite family friendly homemade dinners. Come to the ranch and pull out a dinner of your choice, on me! All the dinners are made by myself, using our Wagyu meat that we raise on our farm. You get one complementary dinner with your stay. More dinners are available for purchase. If you’d like to use our Wagyu meat for your cooking- your in luck! I have stocked a freezer with a selection of grass-fed Wagyu meat available for purchase. I have a stocked selection of homemade canned foods available for purchase.
