Tremendous new modern villa nearby Rethimnon overseeing the sea surrounded by olive trees
Beautiful modern designed villa with all facilities a family need on a holiday, with even Netflix and a PlayStation for the kids. The owners Joanna and Manolis were more than helpfull making our stay great. Very nice restaurant Pantanis and takeaway Paprika just 5 minutes away, and so cheap that you won’t eat at home.
If you are looking for a beautiful, modern clean villa with a large swimmingpool, very good sunbeds, outside BBQ, kids playground, etc, this is your house. Highly recommended.

5 Star villa and service!
There was a group of 6 adults and 3 children (all 2 years old) that stayed in this incredible villa. The villa was absolutely faultless, beautiful modern interiors with 4 en suite double bedrooms that were extremely comfortable and of the highest quality finish. Kitchen and living room open up to the pool area where we spent all of our time. Everything in and around the pool is set up for your comfort, from high quality sun loungers to a very well equipped barbecue area. The kids were always entertained, from the big children's area in the pool to the big jungle gym and play area they had a fantastic time. The owners were incredible, nothing was too much for them and they went out of their way to ensure we had the most amazing time. Close to supermarkets and beautiful organised beaches, I highly recommend this for families and groups as it caters for everyone!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful and peaceful setting.
Thank you to Heather and family for our wonderful stay at your lovely villa. Such a beautiful house in a amazing peaceful setting with wonderful views and the most perfect sunsets. Having a long drink and watching the sun go down is a must.
We were there for 3 weeks which flew by so quickly. The pool and villa are immaculate and there are many great beaches nearby. We stayed there with our grown up children who loved it. Rethymon town is only a short distance away by car, where you will find many lovely restaurants shops and bars.
We were so sad to come home and are missing it already. Thank you so much.

Amazing villa and outstanding setting
We came on vacation this summer with a group of friends. The beauty of the island can easily be compared to the beauty of the house. Besides the great location, the house has 4 bedrooms that are extremely comfortable and very well furnished. The kitchen in addition to being spacious is certainly among the best stocked ever seen. However, the best part remains the outside equipped in addition to every comfort ( pool, deck chairs, table, barbecue etc.) allows you to enjoy the best Hellenic sunsets. In conclusion I can only thank the owners and host who with their kindness and helpfulness confirm the excellent quality of the house.

Wonderful summer stay
We had a lovely time as two families (4 adults & 4 kids). The villa had everything we needed and was very well equipped. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen and the air conditioning especially when it hit 44 degrees. We would definitely return and the hosts were excellent

TreeTop Villa is located in the picturesque village of Loutra, in a peaceful countryside location, with enviable surroundings. The beautiful village of Pigi is located less than 10 minutes away by car, where shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found, providing tavernas, cafe, a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s as well as a pharmacy.
Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villa, 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports.

By air: There are daily scheduled flights from "Eleutherios Venizelos" Athens International Airport to "Nikos Kazantzakis" Heraklion International Airport. Charter flights from most European destinations arrive from April to November to the airport.
By Sea: Daily itineraries link the port of Heraklion and Chania with the port of Piraeus (Athens).
By bus: There are daily and frequent bus services connecting Heraklion with the main towns and villages of the entire prefecture as well as with the towns of Chania and Rethymnon.
