Once arrived, guests can be forgiven for feeling like they are in the middle of tranquil countryside, with beautiful views of greenery, the fells and St Lukes chapel opposite. Lovely garden areas, private parking, a very peaceful environment, and Haverigg Beach just a five minute walk away. Enjoy golden sands, a beach cafe, and lovely walks round the sea wall. Great for couples, families and pets, lots of room for all guests to spread out, relax and unwind, and overall very good value for money....3 St Lukes, a very spacious, comfortable end terraced property, nestled literally on the edge of the sea in Haverigg, on the western coast of Cumbria. A lovely location. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We spent 2 nights here for our friends christening and it was perfect. 5 stars for everything about the cottage. The owners did us proud. Thanks again Matt Claire and Alice

Many thanks for this. It is really gratifying when guests make the time to leave us such a great review. Makes all that we try hard to do for our visitors very worthwhile indeed. We hope to see you return.

Easy access to the Lakes. A little bit out but it suited our bike ride starting from Broughton-in -Furness. A route that took us to Wrynose and along Coniston and back to the square in Broughton.

About the neighborhood
Set off the main road, 3 St Lukes is nestled next to St Lukes church, a rural road, not bothered too much by noise or traffic. Five minutes walk from a sandy beach at Haverigg, you can also follow the sea wall, which makes for a delightful walk. There is also a good cafe, excellent pubs and fish and chip shop, and plenty more options for good walks, good food, and a nature reserve close by.
Getting around
A car is the best form of transport in order to see all that the surrounding area offers. There is a very limited rural bus service. The nearest train station is five minutes drive away at Millom, and from there you can take trains to Barrow in Furness or as far north as Carlisle, for those wanting to explore a little further afield.
