Salina is a luxury 6 bedroom villa with full modern facilities, chef, on-site manager, and house staff. It is part of a six villa development that was completed in 2013 and is perched at the top of an elevation facing south over the Indian Ocean. There is direct beach access.
The villa also boasts a gym, a cinema, four separate sitting areas, a private pool located on the first floor with sun loungers and a roof terrace with seating that has spectacular views across the ocean and inland as far as one can see. No photograph can ever do the sunsets justice but there is an opportunity to capture the perfect shot, every night.
Located in Mirissa close to the departure point for whale watching and within an easy tuk tuk ride of the surf breaks at Welligama.
We were a group of 20 people staying in 2 villas for 8 days for company trip. Everything is top notch and it has been a wow experience from the very first moment we stepped in the premises.
The villas are beautiful with spacious rooms, nice pool, great ambience, great location to the beach, we had our own pool/billiard/ping pong table, beautiful arrangements generous breakfast serves with different choices of food and we could even requested for lunch and dinner with additional price and excellent polite and helpful staffs esp Shehan the villa manager who greeted us with warmth and being extremely helpful and humble throughout our stay. He would go all the extra mile just to keep us all in great comfort, from helping us organizing transport, birthday cake, tours, foods, etc Amazing services!
We had a wonderful stay at the villas made all the more memorable by the special attentions of the staff, you made our trip perfect! Highly recommended this place. Thank you so much everyone!!

Unsurpassed luxury
This ultra luxurious villa is just minutes from the Indian Ocean and a blinding white beach. Everything you need for a stay-at-home or going out holiday is to hand - home cinema, games room, gym - you name it. The household staff are delightful and if you opt to eat at home the resident chef is fantastic. I'd go back in a hearbeat.

Luxurious stay in Sri Lanka’s stunning south coast
This is a spacious villa, close to the beach with beautiful views. Our children loved the pool - perfect for toddlers too, and the care and attention of the housekeeping staff was impeccable. And the food! The food was all absolutely delicious from the array of pancakes, waffles,eggs and toast at breakfast to the myriad of curries, sambals, grilled fish and divine roti for lunch and supper. The chefs are amazing. And our host Sheehan could not have been more helpful, offering advise on trips around the area and arranging all our transport needs. A great holiday in this beautiful country.

The ultimate in tranquility and relaxation
Villa Salina in on the south coast of Sri Lanka. But its awesome location, spectacular weather, and scenic splendour is but the start of everything that makes this vacation so wonderful and peaceful. Our concierge, Udeshika was super organized, so all the planning for the trip, transfers and so forth was undertaken prior to our arrival.
The staff, from the kitchen, to the cleaning, to the table waiting have been impeccable. We honestly haven't had to lift a finger the entire time we have been here.
Shehan, the onsite manager has very capably arranged all manner of off-site visits to local attractions and eateries, and he's always here first thing in the day to plan things out. My wife and I usually don't go on these sorties, preferring to chill by the pool, and use the many wonderful facilities the villa has to offer, from table tennis to the movie theatre. Really couldn't recommend this place more.

Salina Villa, Eden Villas
Villa Salina is the perfect holiday accommodation for a big family - so comfortable. It comes with a beautiful infinity pool. Best of all, it includes a wonderful team of staff who fulfill your every wish. Sheehan, the Manager even found a local school playing field for our family soccer tournament. Brilliant Sri Lankan food was cooked for us; fireworks arranged on New Year’s Eve; minibuses arrived to take us to beaches, the snake farm, cinnamon and tea plantation.
We were a party of 12 arriving from the UK, Canada and Australia. Udeshika, the concierge, did an excellent job of arranging all our very complicated transfers. We thank everyone for making our holiday the best possible experience.
