OUTSIDE DESCRIPTION: The large garden and private pool (measures 6.5 x 3m) are situated just across the country lane (no passing traffic). Private parking for 2 cars.

About the neighborhood
Moncuq is a tiny hamlet situated between the two villages of St Pompon and St Laurent la Vallée in the heart of the southern Dordogne. St Pompon has a small grocers shop, a bakers, butchers and a couple of bars and restaurants. It also has a weekly market on Friday mornings. The house is just a half hours drive away from all the must see sights of the Dordogne valley, including the listed medieval villages of Domme, Beynac, Castelnaud and La Roque Gageac. The famous market town of Sarlat is situated just 30kms away.
