Worst host ever!
Scheduled Gavin's place 11 months in advance for daughters wedding for 7 nights. Very happy to find rooms for 12 people flying in from out of state in one rental for only about $200 per night. Didn't here a word for 11 months then six days before we were to check in Gavin called to inform me there was a mistake and the condo wasn't available. There were several major conventions and the Cards/Cubs series in town that week. While frantically trying to find rooms for everyone we came across Gavin's rental on several other vacation rental sites and our dates were available for quite a bit more money. Our trip ended up costing double for lodging. I am convinced this wasn't a "mistake" because I requested to add guests ($22 per guest per night ) 14 days prior when I had all the Flight dates finalized and still not a word until less than 6 days to check in!!
