Walking into our inviting, comfortable and clean condo, your eyes are sure to first focus on the outstanding view of the Lake. Your perfect vacation has just begun. Our condo is sure to be your home away from home. The main living area includes an HDTV along with free Wifi, leather recliner, reclining sofa and loveseat, ceiling fan and double sliders to the balcony with the most fantastic view. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot, blender, mixer, and crock pot. Breakfast bar for four. Separate dining table seats an additional six. Two additional bedrooms share the hall bath. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, smart TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has 2 sets of bunkbeds and a smart TV. The complex has two outdoor heated (seasonal) pools. The huge lakefront pool has plenty of space for sunbathing and swimming. The pool is located at the clubhouse which includes free wireless connection, restrooms, and a small workout room with a treadmill and elliptical. The second pool is located by the upper condos, near the tennis courts. A small children's playground is located at the top of the hill by the entrance. One reserved parking spot is provided that is steps away from the condo. Additional parking is nearby. Located just off of Highway 54, in the Lake of the Ozarks North Shore Area, our condo is in a perfect location for all of the fun activities that the lake has to offer. Shopping, boating, parasailing, swimming, golfing, fishing, restaurants, go-carts, caves, State Parks, miniature golf, waterpark (indoor and outdoor) and so much more. Easy access from both St. Louis and Kansas City. There is so much to do in the Lake of the Ozarks. Your vacation memories at our condo are sure to last a lifetime. Nice place

About the neighborhood

Our condo is located at Harbour Towne Condominiums. This is located on mile marker 1 near the Bagnell Dam. Our condo is only about a 5 minute drive off of I54. It is very easily accessed through a short residential area, and 5-10 minutes to all that the Ozark's has to offer. So many activities to do nearby. Boating, swimming, parasailing, boat rentals, golfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, caves, miniature golf, go-carts, restaurants, bars, shopping. Its a perfect location. There is one reserved parking spot just a few steps away from the front door, with additional parking in the same parking lot.

Car is highly recommended. Taxi's are also available.
