Very private 3 bed 2 bath house with its own pool and a huge master suite that includes a large bathroom, a palapa covered patio and a sitting room. This house is a perfect getaway with a completely private walled perimeter including a beautiful tropical garden. The appliances are all modern stainless steel and the bedrooms are each spacious and comfortable. The house is in a very quite neighborhood, away from the late night noise of the town center yet only a short 15min. walk to both the beach and main plaza.

Comfortable family house away from the busy town area
Loved this house and would definitely use it again. It was within walking distance to town but took about 10-15 minutes to do so. The house is very comfortable and clean, has everything you need. My 89 year old mother was with us and the house worked well for her. We loved the privacy of the upstairs master suite. Patty was great and very helpful and responsive. We had trouble with the stove, some problems with TripAdvisor and the owner receiving the money for the rental but it all got worked out. We loved Sayulita and our week there was marvelous. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect lodging in Sayulita
I had the opportunity to visit Sayulita, and, for the first time, renting a vacation home, We normally stay in a Hotel: First of all, I want to say that Zach was an extremely friendly person (owner) and the local person that received Us in Sayulita, was also very hospitable to us. Regarding the house, there is no better way to define that "it is as if one member of your family will allow you to use its rest house during Holidays" Febrero house has everything that You will possibly need for a very comfortable stay. It has air conditioning and three bedrooms (one of them is perfect because it allows you to have privacy and the other two are a few meters from the pool, which made it perfect for children) The pool is very nice (for my little girls it was the best trip, because of the pool) Febrero house is a widely recommend home as a family home and perfectly located in the Riviera Nayarit. For sure, We will return the next year.
