This nicely decorated condo has all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, 4 televisions, a DVD/VCR player, games and a four-season sunroom. With well over 1200 square feet, this condo offers a chance for friends and family to be together and at the same time, gives you solitude and privacy when you need it. Perfect for larger groups. The complex is located on Emerald Pointe, a triangular shaped body of land surrounded by water on two sides. This is the most beautiful and scenic area in the entire Branson area. Emerald Pointe is located 6 miles south of Branson's entertainment strip on the clear waters of Table Rock Lake. Have a boat? Ask if my private covered boat slip is available.
Getting around
You will need a car to get into town where all the theaters and restaurants are located. But, you can walk to the on-site activities, such as swimming, boating, fishing, shuffleboard, and playing on the playscape. A tennis court, a second pool and a workout room are just one minute up the road.
