This is a lovely 2 bedroomed apartment (bedroom one has a king size double bed and the second bedroom has two full size singles) with stunning panoramic views, in the white village of Mijas Pueblo. The apartment has also been extensively refurbished and modernised, and now has a very large water tank/heater (providing ample hot water) and a new modern efficient, ducted air conditioning system (to the living area and both bedrooms) which also gives heat in the winter. The apartment is situated in the prestigious Sierra Mar urbanisation, on the quieter side of the village, but it is less than a 5 minute walk to an array of bars, restaurants and shops that are bustling throughout the year. Great location
Just returned from staying for a week in this apartment. Great situation (special view reaching to Fuenguerola). Lovely apartment, very clean, fresh and well equipped.... Nice pool for afternoon chilling and close to numerous good restaurants. The owner and local representatives were also very accommodating.

Brilliant Views and Fabulous Location
The apartment is located a short, easy stroll from the centre of Mijas within very easy reach of the two squares. The views from the balcony over Mijas and the coastline are stunning. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with the air conditioning a blessing during the summer. We got a warm welcome on arrival and a comprehensive tour from Rachel. There is a car parking space in the garage area under the property and the terrace and pool area have plenty of sun loungers. Mijas has plenty to offer and lots of restaurants. Our children enjoyed the numerous ice cream parlours and the opportunity to make their own chocolate bars at 'Mayan Monkey' in the main square. The Miniature Museum is also worth a visit; located in a caravan, it houses a collection of miniature objects from around the world - is better than it sounds. The attractions of the coastline are easy to get to also. Overall a 5 star holiday.

Top quality Mijas apartment
Everything about this apartment is spot on and is exactly as described. Its in a peaceful location despite close proximity to the centre , has modern and spotless décor and boasts views that take your breath away. The pool and terrace were great and the car parking spot is invaluable. Everything about this place just works and is highly recommended. The owners were very helpful through both the pre and post booking stages.

Bright, clean and comfortable - and what a view!
The apartment is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Mijas Pueblo with all its restaurants, cafes and bars, yet it is peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We had a lovely break.

Book this apartment!!!
Fantastic location, views and overall a great flat in a lovely town. The views are simply spectacular and you can spend hours looking at them. The whole facility is top notch and very well maintained - lovely pool too with views. We will be back.

Can there be such a thing as perfection?
It isn`t often that you stay in an apartment or hotel where there is nothing that you find to be not as you would like it to be - in other words, is it perfect!
I think in the case of this apartment there is nothing that you could complain about, and we found it to be faultless- this was perfection! Not only was it clean, had all the equipment you might need, but was superbly located for the view and easy access to the village centre. As for the `little` shop along the road, the lady had so much in that place it was amazing.
Contact from the owners was so helpful, and so was having Rachel there when we arrived, to tell us about everything in the apartment.
The trouble is with saying all this, is that it will encourage people to come here, and make it more difficult for us to stay again; and we will be back!

Can't wait to come back, absolutely fantastic!
My sister, friends and I booked a four night stay here during March 2017. All I can say is WOW! The views from the balcony and main bedroom are stunning; we couldn't get enough of it and were sad to leave. The apartment itself is in a great location; only a short walk into the village. It is well-equipped (even down to the blue tooth speaker so that you can listen to music off your mobile phone!) and clean. There is a bakery, butcher and supermarket and "house in a shop" nearby. There is also a pack of very useful information from the owners in the apartment about the apartment itself and local area and a "Book of Recommendations" from other people who have stayed there, which is a lovely touch. We enjoyed reading some of the reviews! All in all we had a wonderful short break there and are planning to return next year. It comes highly recommended.

Excellent comfortable apartment exactly as described
Set in a small complex this is a very modern and well appointed apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Lynne was really helpful with very detailed instructions for the interesting diversion to reach the apartment while the main square was being dug up! Well worth the effort, however, to have a dedicated parking space. We left the car there for much of our stay as everything in the village can be accessed on foot and we caught the regular local bus down to the beach.If you don't want to stray that far the pool area is great for lounging around after a stroll and long lunch. We stayed four nights which was just about right to "do" Mijas so this would be a great place for both a long weekend or as a base for longer stay to explore the wider area.

Stunning views
Chic,contemporary and well coordinated two bed,two bath apartment in Mijas Pueblo. The jewel in the crown being the amazing open views down to the coast. Could have spent the whole stay just sitting on the balcony gazing at the vista, just chilling...however...loads to do locally (don't miss the tuc tuc ride around the village) plus easy transport links to Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.
Would recommend unreservedly.

Superb apartment with stunning views.
We have just returned from a week at this superb apartment in beautiful Mijas Pueblo. We were picked up from the airport by Philip in his Jaguar and enjoyed a stress free journey to our apartment, even stopping on route for provisions. The two bedroomed apartment has stunning views down to the coast and has everything you need from a holiday home, including two bathrooms, which was a bonus. We were given a warm welcome by Irena who showed us around the apartment and the pool area, which has plenty of sun beds and parasols. A welcome pack of a bottle of chilled white wine, chocolate biscuits, milk and water were also waiting for us. The apartment is maintained to a very high standard and has excellent facilities including wifi and air conditioning. There are lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk of the apartment so you really are spoilt for choice. Altogether, a wonderful week in a superb apartment in beautiful surroundings. We would highly recommend this apartment and would have no hesitation in booking again.

About the neighborhood
Nearby (about 3-5 mins walk) is a small local supermarket, and a fresh food market which sells fish, meat, vegetables and bread.
There are bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes. If you want the simplicity of where the locals go for an inexpensive dish of the day or a five course sumptuous meal, you will find it here in Mijas Pueblo. There are even two takeaways if you can’t tear yourself away from the balcony view, but don't feel like cooking.
The nearest beach is at Fuengirola which is about 10/15 mins drive away but is also easily and cheaply accessible by local public transport. The beautiful blue flag beach of La Cala is about 25 mins drive away and there is a summer bus service also from the village. The bus stop is in the centre of the village and is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Getting around
Everything in the village, from museums to chocolate making, is within easy reach. Unfortunately we have had to move all the leaflets from the apartment due to Covid.
Public transport is excellent and from the central lower square you can catch a bus in either direction - to take you to Fuengirola or Benalmadena. From Fuengirola a bus or a train will take you all over including Marbella - but I bet you come back wondering what all the fuss is about and saying you prefer Mijas Pueblo :)
If you fancy being a bit more relaxed then there is an excellent taxi service in the village. We also have a recommended taxi driver for your airport runs, who charges less for our guests than the usual metred cabs and I can book that for you.

How to get there
Hiring a car is not a necessity as once you get to Mijas Pueblo (by taxi or a combination of train and bus) you will have everything you need in the village and public transport from the centre of the village to Fuengirola, Benalmadena and even Marbella is very good and regular. Hiring a car will enable you to get to the big supermarkets and the out of the way inland places should you want to explore more. A full set of instructions for either driving or using public transport guiding you from the airport to the apartment will be sent prior to arrival.
