Great place to spend your summer!
Our family has been coming to this resort for 21 years now!! We love it. The lake is the perfect size & the cabins accommodate our family, great beach & awesome people who go the same week as us every year. When Jeff took it over, he did wonders to it & really made it comfortable for all. Our kids are now in their 20's & can't wait to go the South Shore each year. Thanks for all you have done to the place Jeff. See you soon!!!

About the neighborhood
The area is very calm and relaxing when you're here at the Resort. You can layout in the yard, take a boat out on the water and jump in, play on the beach in the sand, have a ping-pong tournament with the family in the recreational garage, grab a bike and take a ride around the lake, and so much more! And that's just here! Hop in your car and drive 10 minutes back into town to go to a brewery, where there are usually bands every weekend, yoga studios throughout the week, and local shops to grab a souvenir.
Getting around
Very easy to get around with a car, light traffic.

How to get there
First, get yourself to the beautiful West Michigan coast line. Take 31-N until you reach M-120. Take that East for about 6 minutes. Once you see the sign for Twin Lake and a blinking yellow light, take a left at the light over the railroad tracks, take another quick left in front of the award winning breakfast joint The Overboard Inn; follow the road around the corner and the South Shore Resort will open into view!
