The cabin was the perfect place for us to unwind for a few days. Even with the rain, there were plenty of places to hike, grill, and just relax. We're already talking about making a return trip back.

About the neighborhood
We do own lake front property just down the same road (Ramsdam Road). When exiting the cabin's driveway you would simply turn right onto Ramsdam and drive/walk 400 feet to the tree line. From there the lake is 100 feet to your left where you will see a boat dock. Parked on shore is a canoe (oars are on the cabin porch) and a paddle boat that you may use. Please be advised that LIFE JACKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED, you would need to bring your own.
Directly behind and to the north of the cabin is 800 hundred thousand acres of Hiawatha National Forest with trails from both the cabin and lake properties that give you direct access to the forest.
