Rental Home
This is Ludington's only historical house for rent. Newly restored first floor with art deco baths, arches, and high curved ceilings. The kitchen has just been remodeled with quartz counters, Shaker walnut cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The house has been furnished with quality furniture, as well as antiques and art. There is an awesome new leather sectional in the living room that provides a large seating area. The upstair is not remodeled but is very nice with a kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom. So you will have two kitchens with your rental. The house sits on a small dune rise, the site of the first log residence in Ludington (1866). The yard has a gathering area with a charcoal grill, a picnic table, lots of chairs and a firepit. The porch is also a lovely gath...This is Ludington's only historical house for rent. The porch is also a lovely gathering place. I live in the residence three off-season months; therefore many of my decorative items are on display. I have put away items that would tempt children and have cleared out a dresser for guests to use in each bedroom. Each room also has a hanging unit for guests' clothing. The house has a personal charm not found in a vacant property. More
