This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. Unit has everything you need. It was clean except for the carpets. I called the owner and she asked what did she need to do to make this better. I said clean carpets. She sent Stanley Steamer out to clean them! That was awesome! Loved that we had washer and dryer in the unit. The unit does need some TLC. Deck attached to the master is in need of repair and the bathroom could use and update for sure. We enjoyed our stay and it was very comfortable! Owner is fabulous to work with...best ever!

Have stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times! Clean, good location (closer to Disney than Universal, but not a long drive to either resort), and nice amount of space for a group or family traveling together. The owner is very easy to communicate with, as well. Would absolutely stay again!

The rental is just a basic but cute little place. 3bedroom and 2 bath. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The carpets I felt were filthy. Called the owner and the property manager came out. Next day Stanley Steamer was there to clean the rugs! Great customer service! I was impressed and very happy about that! I think the owner needs to consider replacing or putting in tile. That will make the unit more attractive to a renter. It was a good price! It was a good location and easy to find. Right off 192. I would definately consider staying there again. And a washer and drier makes it very convienient. The pool was quite small though. Nice stay! And kudos again to the responsiveness of the owner!

Clean, cozy, and in a very convenient location to access all of the area's major attractions. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I have stayed at this condo twice, and we were not let down. The location is in perfect proximity to local shopping, amusement parks, and the highway. We thoroughly enjoyed two vacations to Florida, due in part to having a "home-away-from-home' to stay in that allowed us to unwind, have meals at the table together, and a short drive to the parks. Excellent place to stay, and extremely helpful property owner who is willing to answer any question(s) you may have. This condo is definitely recommended by my family members and by me.

The unit was very nice except there was no tv in one of the bedroom. I would stay there again if and when I visit Florida again.

The Condo had everything we needed and a few things we didn't realized we would have needed such as can opener, spices, laundry soap etc. We had a few questions when we first got there and were trying to settle in and the PM answered his phone every time, which was a HUGE help and made us feel more at home. Thank you!

We stayed 7 nights in late December into January. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and modern. The master bedroom is large with a walk in closet. The kitchen is furnished with more than everything you need. The rooms were decorated nicely and everything we needed was there. We had a wonderful stay, cannot complain about anything. So nice to have a washer dryer right in hall. The condo is just across parking lot from pool and hot tub. The condo even includes beach towels and other amenities. It is so close and convenient to get to disney. We had no trouble getting there. Around 20 minutes in holiday traffic. Right close to condo are many restaurants and stores. The only thing I would have liked would be wifi access. We had a wonderful time. Thank you! Jennifer

This condo is like home away from home. Had everything needed to enjoy our vacation. Not too far from all the parks and priced at a great price for what you get. This was our 2nd time staying there within a years time, and wont be our last. Defnitely will be back in the future and would recommend to anyone. As far as the house, there are a few repairs I noticed that do need attention, and nothing that will affect the stay, just money out of your pocket. The front door needs to be "adjusted", there is a small gap between the door and the trim that is just sucking the heat/ac out, and the water constantly drips in the sink in the master bathroom. Other than that the place is in great shape, and we cant wait to come back.
