Family friendly, beach apartment in private community, with 2 bedrooms (1 king, 2 bunkbeds) and 1 bath. Great room with gas cooktop, small refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave. Washer/dryer combo in bathroom. HD tv, AC/heat, charcoal Weber grill on great deck overlooking beach, access to 60 feet of sandy beach on Lake Michigan, association playground and tennis court a short walk away. Opportunity to vacation with a garden railroad (G gauge) appealing to children and adults. Check out what’s happening in its workshop as well! Come run the train in the garden railroad or help Dave in his workshop. Or not. Our community has 19 cottages, a playground and tennis court. Cute, cozy and comfy

This place is awesome, well appointed, and so very welcoming. We wanted quiet and relaxation and it was definitely offered at this locale. We came before peak season but the town is open and the people are as friendly and welcoming as you could hope....More

Charming waterfront cottage!

Visited in October to enjoy the fall colors. Was thrilled with this beautiful cottage! Enjoyed relaxing on & exploring the beach. Cottage was charming & cozy. Bed was so comfy. Everything you need was available. Can't wait to visit again!

The Boat House has only a sidewalk separating it from the sandy beach. There is a playground and a tennis court in our community. We are 1 and 1/2 miles from Harbor Springs, an old resort town with restaurants and shops. Petoskey is half and hour away and is our closest city.

You will need a car to get around but please bring your bikes too. There are many bike paths around. Also bring your paddle boards, kayaks, skis, snowboards, sleds, and other 'toys' depending upon the season.
