Space 51 West (up one level) is located at the rear of Rochester Terrace, St Vincent Place South on the corner of Montague and Bevan Streets. It has been created to be an oasis in a Village Atmosphere, with luxury sheets, French cutlery and original art work selected for the owners by Saatchi Galleries. The smallest attention to detail has been considered and delivered - in terms of the bedding and French cutlery, toiletries, rugs for the balcony and even towels for the beach - we have aimed to think of everything to make your stay memorable.....we even provide a light continental breakfast for your first morning’s stay. The studio offers FREE Netflix and WIFI. Guest access You have full and exclusive access to the unit located on the corner of Montague and Bevan Street. There is a combination door lock for the rear entry and we will text you the code before your check in. You also have access to a Webber Q BBQ upon request. You also have your own balcony. Other things to note There are literally tonnes of activities in Albert Park, but please remember the proximity to the city, means we are the inner city.... this means we have trams, garbage collection, the Grand Prix and outdoor dinning...... the things that make the location so great - this means it is not a silent space - for that we offer St Vincent Gardens or the beach!! My husband and I have stayed in this fantastic studio before. It is cosy and comfortable. Very convient to trams, shops and restaurants. Great location.

This place was an absolute delight! Very cute, clean and centrally located, and our host Vanessa was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for nice, reliable and centrally located accommodation in Melbourne. Will definitely be staying again! :)

Accessible Albert Park - experience Melbourne the way locals live it! Albert Park is an upmarket bayside area, located just 4 km from the Melbourne CBD. It is very popular with Professionals, families and is a safe neighbourhood offering a sought after lifestyle in a village atmosphere. St Vincent Gardens, the beach and pier, Albert Park Lake, Grand Prix racing, MSAC, South Melbourne market - we are walking distance to both the city and St Kilda. Hip cafes, bookshops, amazing Asian and International restaurants - the night Market on a Thursday night at South Melbourne or Gas Works Farmers market on the 3rd Saturday.....Too much to say and do in Albert Park!
Getting around
Super easy!! Where do we start....... didn't bring your car? The No 1 tram passes straight by the studio; need a car? - then we have the Go Get Car or other car share schemes at the bottom of the Unit and others 50 metres away ready to jump in and go. .. Like to cycle? We have the popular government sponsored blue bike scheme or the O Bike.... or failing that we are a short walk to MSAC or a 20-30min walk to the city or Crown Casino....... Did I forget to mention the beach is only a short walk away. Failing all of that we are a $10 taxi ride to the city.....the taxi rank is less than 50 metres away!
