Loved the place but would book from someone other than TripAdvisor
I love the place. First time booking through TripAdvisor. I have booked using their competitors many times and it was a much better experience.

Perfect location
Beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom! Great location with an easy walk to the shops and restaurants. WiFi, Netflix, heated bathroom floor, adjustable, comfy bed. Would definitely return.

Great location - great views!
Our multi-generation trip to Grand Haven was a success as was our stay here. The unit is clean, welcoming and has an amazing view. It was located within walking distance of everything we needed. The only, I will leave for future visitors is that the allocated parking spots (we paid to have a second which we ended up not using do to near impossibility of angling my Toyota Highlander in there) are very very very narrow.

Best Location
Can't say enough good things about this place. The location is excellent with a view of the Grand River Channel. You can see the light show from the balcony. Pronto Pup and Snug Harbor are just across the street.

Grand Haven Condo
Condo was in a great location. Walking distance to Lake Michigan, shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was in immaculate shape. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Grand Haven.

Beautify get away spot! Slept 6...the floors in the bathroom were heated and had all the utensils to cook...nice home away from home

Outstanding
First of all, the location can't be beat. Accommodation looks like the pictures, including the wine glasses on the hightop table, just waiting for you. Clean. I could see the vacuum lines! Comfy bed. Great view from the deck. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely come back.

Awesome location; condo could use good cleaning and paint.
Awesome location; Condo could use deep cleaning...carpet is filthy, dust on top of appliances and in furnace room closet. Kitchen floor had not been cleaned upon arrival and cupboard door handles had food on them. Owner was contacted and promptly responded. Cleaning people came in next day and cleaned kitchen floor and cupboards and vacuumed (carpet really should be cleaned or replaced!). Overall, the condo is average at best but because of the location, I would recommend.

Guest notified that cleaning had not thoroughly cleaned floor. Cleaning went in and cleaned any area of question. Guest locked themselves on deck. Again coordinated someone to go and deal with complaint. We had complaints from owners that the guest had 12 to 14 people in the unit. We were not notified that the condo would be used this way. The condo is very well kept and one of the nicest in the area.

Fantastic Vacation Condo
We had a great time in this condo with our extended family. The location is close to the beach and downtown area. Just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed!! I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Grand Haven area!!

Clean, comfortable, convenient and secure with a great view
We stayed here for a weekend family reunion and loved it. It has a great view of the Grand River and it would be a great place to watch the musical fountains but it's too early in the season for that. We liked the fact that this condo is so close to downtown and close to great walking trails.
The condo is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, dishes, pots and pans. Netflix can be watched on any of the three televisions.
We would definitely stay here again.
