If you need supreme relaxation, we will arrange for a full-spa package right in the privacy of your room. We will also arrange everything from a private chef to private grooming sessions, if needed, as an optional service.
We are one of the only private bed & breakfasts and entertainment venue of its kind located in the Downtown Detroit area. My boyfriend and I stayed at the Cochrane House after a concert at LCA and we will definitely be back. You feel at home while having great service and amenities. The hosts went above and beyond and the location was very convenient. Not to mention, the bathroom was gorgeous!

So in love!
I was in love from the moment I walked in the door. Francina and Roderica were so welcoming..even when I showed up two hours before check in! The home is absolutely beautiful, our room was stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They even gave my husband a lovely birthday card and candle. This was my first bed and breakfast experience and i don’t think I need to try out another. Thanks so much for an experience I will never forget!

Best Kept Secret in Detroit: The Cochrane House
My husband and I were in town for a concert and came a day early. This place was wonderful! The owners were so warm and personable. They truly care that everyone has a great time. All three rooms were booked while we were there yet we hardly saw anyone. Comfortable beds. Beautiful bathrooms. Huge breakfast. Private parking included. The location cannot be beat as you are literally just a few blocks from Comerica Park, Little Caesar’s Arena, The Fox, and The Fillmore. We walked to the concert in literally minutes! Will definitely be back!
