Family friendly cape right across the street from Lawrence pond beach and tennis courts with an open floor plan that works well for larger groups. It offers comfortable living areas with room to spread out. This property is located on a private lot yet close to shopping, beaches and the highway. The first floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, a large family room, formal dining room, full bathroom and laundry. The lower level has one bedroom which is accessible from a staircase off the kitchen and a "Man Cave!" accessed from an outside door next to the garage door. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Please note that the large master bedroom is accessed through the common bathroom. 1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay. 2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour. 3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.

Lovely home in quiet surroundings.

Nice family home that is situated in a quiet area with easy access to main roads. I would rent again.
