1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour.
3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.
We recently stayed at this VERY outdated, small cottage which was VERY close to a nice, sandy, private beach. Although we expected the beach cottage to be rustic, we did not expect it to be in as rough shape as it was honestly. The railing attached to the outside staircase is rickety. The outdoor patio set was rusty with stained cushions with an unusable broken umbrella, so unfortunately, there was no shade on the deck. Pictures for the listing include a patio set with open umbrella, but when we reached out to Sand Dollar Realty to tell them the umbrella was broken, there response was that the house does not have an umbrella. The bedroom with the queen bed is actually in the basement which is the “lower level” albeit it is a true bedroom. There are drill holes (?) in the kitchen wall, and there is no ventilation hood over the stove. The photo in the listing shows a microwave mounted above the stove, but that is no longer there.
