Walk to beautiful Surf Drive Beach at the end of the street. Village restaurants, bistros, boutiques, galleries, library, cafes, family activities and more are around the corner on Main. Easy access to both scenic bike trail and trolley to Woods Hole. Hop the ferry from Falmouth Harbor for a day on Martha's Vineyard. The house is spacious and well equipped for family enjoyment. Linens, towels and basic toiletries provided. Features large eat-in kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1half bath, first floor washer&dryer, cable TV and wi-for.
Seasonal furniture and gas grill welcome outdoor dining. Yard is fenced for privacy. Park the car in the driveway and enjoy Falmouth Village amenities and attractions. Vacation memories begin here!

Lovely older home with great fenced yard
Our family of 4 adults and 4 children (6 to 12 years) enjoyed this lovely home with many amenities and readiness for us.
The most positive feature was very close proximity to the business district with restaurants, etc. The walk to the beach was about a half mile, no problem for older children and younger adults. Parking at the beach was $15. per day.
The only inconveniences were lack of a dishwasher, tight parking for 2 SUV's, and only one full bathroom that was located on the second floor (a lone toilet on the 1st floor, however).
