Worst hotel ever...do not even think about it
We traveled here as a family, since the very first moment everything went wrong. The number of rooms we booked weren't available (even though the hotel was empty) We waited more than 3 hours to have one of the rooms ready. Do not have customer service, the owner it's just a lout. All rooms had an issue (a/c, w/c, lights were going off and on, drawers were falling apart) The last day we talked to the admin as all the inconveniences caused we could had one of the rooms until 3pm, he said it was ok and we were pleased until that point. 12pm the owner came nocking the door kicking us out of the place, we told him what the admin confirm us, he said that wasn't true at all...at very least we explain him what was wrong at the rooms and he only said that no one had complained ever at his place and just laugh at our faces as we were showing him one of the room inconveniences...at the very end he said that his admin didn't told him about his decision of letting us keep one of the rooms until 3pm and that we were giving him a hard time...what kind of owner does this? We just left with the worst impression ever. The location its the only thing that is worth it, but think about it and book another place as this one doesn't deserves even 1 star. Will not recommend it never to anyone.
