This was a much-needed vacation and long awaited for my girls and I. We were not the least bit disappointed in this beautiful cottage that is one block walk to Cooks Brooke beach which is breathtaking. We had so much fun walking out at low tide and just taking in all the beautiful scenery. Charles and Paula, the owners, were so friendly and helpful. We had one tiny problem and they came over immediately to take care of it for us. We were so impressed with them and the cottage and the beautiful and historic town of Eastham . We will definitely visit again and be sure to look up Charles and Paula's cottages. Thank you for a fabulous trip!

Well located to reach locations we wanted to see. Just a skip away from the beach at Nauset Light and close to Provincetown. Small beach on the Bay-side just down the road. Great for a family getaway weekend.

We had a great time. Love Eastham. We had no problems so we did not need to contact the owners for any reason but they were very responsive to any of our Pre- trip questions. Cute little house and an easy walk to the beach for the family

My family and I could not have been more pleased with this cozy inviting cottage. It’s a short easy walk to the beach. There is plenty of main living area to relax, chat, and be mesmerized by the gas fireplace. Kitchen is well stocked, complete with the small washer and dryer. Really wished we had stayed longer.

My husband and I needed a quiet place for a respite, get-away. This was a perfect spot for us to relax. We liked how close it was to beach on Cape side. Owners are quick to return your calls and answer your questions. Only complaint-need to add comfortable seating in sun/porch.

My wife and I enjoyed a kid free weekend at this beautiful cottage and had a great time. The cottage was spacious, well laid out and had everything that you needed. Very clean! It would be a great place to bring your kids. We enjoyed walking out at low tide and was amazed how far you could actually walk. The owners Charles and Paula were very easy to communicate with and would recommend this place to anyone that would like a peaceful relaxing gettaway. Thank You

My family and I stayed at the cottage this past Aug. and had a wonderful time. The cottage is located near the beach and was spacious and clean. We had a great time and the layout worked well for a family with two young boys (4 and 6yrs).

My family likes staying in different cottages when we travel to Eastham, which is one of our favorite vacation destinations. We recently stayed in this great one. It was very close to Cooks Brook beach, which was a real plus as we like to bring our morning coffee there and watch the seagulls and other birds dance around on the sand. The cottage had plenty of space for all six us, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The outdoor shower is brand new and huge. We loved it! On one relatively balmy night my husband and I traded bedrooms with the kids and slept out on the "sleeping porch." What a treat! I hadn't done that since I was a child. It brought back great memories of past Cape Cod vacations. Charles and Paula, the owners, were professional and friendly. We definitely would return to this cottage.
