Located on the outer Cape, the town is bounded on two sides by land, the other two by water, the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay. Really enjoyed our time there.The cottage was perfect and cozy for us. Our youngest loved the back yard and spent alot of time out there. She has autism and a place to make her happy says alot. Very comfortable. Beach was close and beautiful sunsets. It was a perfect location to stay to visit other towns as well. We hope to get a chance to come back. Great privacy too. Thank you both!!

Delightful Cottage in Lovely Location
We absolutely loved our vacation in this gem of a cottage. The accommodations were exactly as described, or better. These hosts have taken great care to create a well-appointed vacation home that feels altogether homey, beachy and cheerful. The exterior and interior spaces are so well-designed, and provide delightful places to gather together or enjoy some quiet time. The premises were spotlessly clean and our hosts checked in with us to ensure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Being steps from the sands of Cape Cod Bay was a treat and we enjoyed the easy driving proximity to the National Seashore. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect week in Eastham
The location of this beautiful cottage was ideal for our family. We stayed here with our 3 year old daughter and the bay side beach was an easy 1 minute walk--perfect to go back and forth from the beach for lunch, naptimes, and bathroom breaks with a toddler. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We loved to eat our meals out on the screened porch every night and just sit out there to read and enjoy a glass of wine. This area was also close to major super markets and drugstores, and minutes away from restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

So peaceful and such a great location!
Staying at this cottage was just idyllic. Loved how private the backyard was - we spent every evening either outside or on the screened porch reading and enjoying the birdsong (and occasional bunny rabbit sighting). It is really just steps from the beach and the sunsets are fantastic. Only 2-3 miles biking to the railtrail was a piece of cake - the only crossing of route 6 you have a traffic light to help you. Quiet roads all around to stroll or bike. Just can't say enough about this location. The cottage had everything you need and it is so close to excellent places to eat as well. I wouldn't hesitate to book this one again! The one tiny thing that would have been better would be to have two keys instead of one - would have made things easier.

Best Vacation Spot
Better then advertised! Clean, comfortable, and so close to the beach. The cottage had everything we needed; outside and inside picnic tables give great choices of where to eat. Quiet and peaceful. Being on the bay side, the beach walks at low tide were never ending. Cottage is close to National Sea Shore, lots of hiking areas, great food spots, and a lovely beach. Will book again!

Fabulous, cute cottage, steps from beach in great Cape Cod location
We had a wonderful holiday in this cosy, compact cottage. It's location was perfect... Just steps to the beach with beautiful sunsets and located in Eastham near all the best spots that Cape Cod has to offer. Charles, our host, was very kind and made sure everything was perfect, including giving us good advice on tourist activities. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated in typical Cape Cod style. International, TV , books, BBQ, sun hairs and deck and a very good kitchen made it all perfect .

A Lovely Spot....
We had never been to the Cape before and knew we wanted to be close to the water.
The cottage is exactly like the pictures on the site - quaint, cozy, comfortable, well stocked with every kitchen item possible, and an abundance of linens and towels since we live abroad and didn't travel with our own.
Because we were there in November and not the summer months, we could only imagine how nice the screened-in porch, outdoor picnic table, shower, and grill would be, but enjoyed the lovely yard through the window.
The location was ideal for early morning walks along the beach and sunset strolls as well. And the drive to the Atlantic was a mere 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed a day in Provincetown and another in Chatham - both a half-hour drive from Eastham.

Lovely, cozy, great location, well maintained
The cottage was comfortable, clean, and charming. The beach nearby is quiet and beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet as well, very relaxing. The cottage has a cozy screened-in porch, a nice seating area outside with a picnic table and chairs, and there are chairs available to bring to the beach, very handy! It was perfect for us, as we were out all day doing fun outdoor activities and found it very relaxing to come back to at the end of the day. The owner is very helpful and accommodating and has great recommendations for local eats and activities. He takes great care of the house and property, you won't be disappointed.

Cape Cod family vacation
We had a great time in this cozy and clean cottage that was so close to the beach. It had everything we needed and was so cute inside. Very relaxing and the beach was steps away and such an easy walk for my 3 and 5 year olds. Also, very close to Nauset beach and lots of restaurants. We were happy to find everything we needed there and the washing machine/dryer was a blessing since we were traveling with small kids. I loved having the kitchen so we could make food there and eat on the screened in porch. The fireflies in the backyard at dusk were also a special surprised for the kids. Overall we all had a great time and would love to come back to this cottage if we plan another visit to Cape Cod.

Wonderful home away from home
My son and I stayed for a few days and would have loved to stay longer. What a cozy, comfortable home away from home! A short walk to the bay and minutes from the National Sea Shore. Couldn't ask for a better location or a lovelier cottage.

Miles of sandflats to explore at low tide. Quiet street that ends at the beach just steps away. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Bike path, Wellfleet Drive-In, Nauset Light Beach and Cape Cod National Seashore within a short drive. Surfing, kayaking and bodyboarding abound for water enthusiasts.
Getting around
With the exception of our local beach and the convenient store on Campground Road, the easiest way to get around is by car. Most sites are easily accessible and offer ample parking.

How to get there
Our cottage is easy to find. Route 93 South from Boston to Route 3 South, then cross the Sagamore Bridge and follow Route 6 all the way to Eastham. Turn left at the Sheraton onto Massasoit Road and in a half mile, turn left onto Campground Road. Just before the end, turn left onto Shurtleff Road (as if heading to the public beach parking lot) and the driveway entrance is immediately on your right. Look for the Bay Breeze sign.
The Plymouth and Brockton bus line also runs regularly through Eastham
