1. You must be 25 or older to book and be present at the property the entire stay.
2. You will be charged for excess cleaning if needed so please leave the property as you found it and there will be no extra charges. Should you want a cleaner during or at the end of your stay, let us know and we can arrange one at $40 per hour.
3. Our occupancy limits are very strict and include daytime guests. If you intend on going over the person limit at any time it must be pre-approved.
This cozy cottage was the best vacation experience we've had in a long time and being only steps from the beach was a big factor. The views were special with the salt marshes out back and the beach in front. Walking and exploring the beach to the inlet and around to the tidal
marshes is a delight. The cottage was clean and well equipped and even
had 2 flat screen Tv's if one wanted to chill out in the evening. One final thought, there is a breezy porch in front and a deck out back to grill and dine with a relaxing libation.

Great Beach!
This is a great place to stay. A stone's throw to a beautiful beach and we loved the patio out back. I would absolutely recommend - cute, clean and a great value.

East Sandwich is famous for its beaches for swimming, beachcombing and surf - casting. Bring along your pole to enjoy the catch at Scorton Creek, just down the way at the end of North Shore Blvd. Huge sand bars at low tide for endless summer fun. The town of Sandwich offers the vacationer much to do outside of the beach. Wonderful restaurants, local fish market, museums, mini golf and a local movie theater are only some.
