50 Nantucket is an outstanding summer rental. The location is excellent, the house is extremely well designed, constructed, appointed and maintained. The broker, Chatham Vacation Rentals were outstanding, incredibly responsive, great communications and very professional. We could not have been happier with our stay and entire rental experience.

Never wanted to leave!
This house has it all - amazing water views, fully equipped and updated kitchen with plenty of space for family, and an awesome basement/entertainment room for a rainy day. Walk to Ridgevale Beach in minutes!

Great Rental in Chatham
My husband and I stayed at this property for three weeks and had an amazing time! The home is very nicely appointed and very well maintained. Chatham Vacation Rentals was very professional and we had absolutely no issues with the home or the service. It is located in a wonderful location, literally, 3 minutes walk down a private path to the beach! It is on a quiet street with very little traffic as well. We would highly recommend this property!!
