A beautiful single home situated on 36 th st, bayside, a couple blocks from convention center, one block from the beach, minutes from the boardwalk. Fun house. Big enough for two families. I also rent the house to responsible seniors in June . There are plenty room for a group of 8-10 people. There are two parking spaces
House was exactly as expected. Jerry was not invasive at all considering ten 18 year olds were living in his house.
