Interested in visiting Ocean City Maryland? Are you looking for a home to take that entire family and friends to experience that vacation of a lifetime? Well this home is the place for you. Located on 142 street, bay-side, five short blocks from the beach, and a fifteen minute car ride to the boardwalk, this spacious home offers all the amenities of your own home and a large lot to lounge around, and take time to relax while experiencing the properties wonderful landscaping. The home also has a separate efficiency area with extra bed, convertible sleep sofa and kitchenette to accommodate more people as well as a wonderful screened in porch to escape all your worries. The home has an outside shower as well. We do not provide linens and towels, so you will need to bring your own. Also, this home does not have WIFI, but internet can be accessed from the home next door in certain areas of the home. Password will be provided. We have plenty of parking for your cars as well, with a driveway that fits four and plenty of parking on the street in front of the home for other cars. Whether it is for the prime season of the Summer or in off season times. This home is perfect for you. Ocean City was voted in the top ten beaches in the United States several years in a row. Just a few short blocks from the main road are the great restaurants, shopping, water parks, amusement parks, and the world famous boardwalk is just a few miles away. * Remember, September and October are great months to go to Ocean City. We have many weeks available to you for these months and others. Avoid the crowds and enjoy Ocean City and all it has to offer, without the big crowds and you still have the sun and warm weather. A perfect time to relax. The minimum stay is negotiable. House Rules:
We do not rent to graduating seniors, or parties under the age of twenty one.
1.. No smoking in the home.
2.. No pets inside the home.
3.. Check in is at 3pm on day of arrival and check out is at 11am on day of departure.
4.. Home kept in good condition and clean.
5..Trash disposed of for trash removal twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays, cans moved to the curb and returned to the side of the garage.Trash men come early on those days. If there is any trash upon exiting, please have full trash cans moved to the curb for trash pickup before leaving.
6.. No trash left in the home when your stay is over.
7..No food left in the refrigerators.
8..Kitchenware is provided but if used, all dirty dishes must be washed and returned to its original location.
9..All doors and windows need to be locked, the gate closed, and thermostats ( upstairs and downstairs) adjusted to 72 degrees upon exiting the residence.
Excessive cleaning issues, structural damage to the home, damages to the premises, its grounds or any stolen items from the home will result in the loss of your security deposit.
We ask to please respect the home as if it was your own because it is a family residence after all. We thank you.
This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely warm and inviting. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had an amazing time. The yard is beautiful and my children enjoyed running around and playing frisbee when we weren't at the beach. We'll definitely be back again! Thank you Dean for sharing your home with us!!! We made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime!

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay. Very spacious and everything we needed. The 4 showers were great. We never had to wait on anyone. I would definitely rent this place again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great house and location
Overall the house was great. The amount of space it had, short distance to a bus and the beach. Dean was more then nice.

Vacation
We had a great stay! The house exceeded our expectations! The pictures don't do it justice. We were only a 10 minute walk from the beach which was perfect! The boardwalk is far, but the bus stop was 2 streets over and was cheap! Dean is great! He responded very quickly and when we got there early and needed somewhere to put our stuff, he did not hesitate to let us put our stuff in the house before we could get in. Everything was great, thanks Dean!

Ocean City Vacation
Our stay was wonderful, I must admit, I was bit worried at first, because I've never rented home a home before. The home spacious, clean, the home met all our accommodations, I would definitely refer this place to friends and family. Again we want to thank Dean for letting us stay in his home....

Family vacation
This was one of the best vacations I have had. I took my grandkids but some other family member decided to go to and they were able to find a hotel close by.
there were plenty of things to do everyday whether it was going to the beach, boardwalk or just a quiet evening. There was plenty of room in this house. It was neat, clean and had everything that we needed. and the fenced yard was a plus for the little ones.

Very nice , quiet, plenty of room. Felt very comfortable there . Would definetly go back. I had my three grandsons and they really enjoyed their stay. Loved having more than one bathroom.

Plenty of space
Owner is very cooperative and handled the air conditioner problem very quickly. House is very comfortable and near to the beach and other activities. The outdoor shower was a plus and was enjoyed by all.
