There is a bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed and 42' TV with a deck facing the parking lot, a loft with a full size mattress and TV and an alcove below the loft with an RV sized mattress. Extra sleeping accommodations include an air mattress and sofa in the living room. Living room leads to the deck facing the canal. All utensils, dishware and pots and pans are provided, even a pizza stone and small indoor electric George Foreman Lean Mean grilling machine. There is an outdoor grill and picnic table at the end of the building near the canal for guests to enjoy as well. Linens and towels, even beach towels, are also provided or feel free to bring your own. Indoor Tiki Toss and board games are provided for those looking to escape the heat or rainy days. For additional recreation, feel free to bring your fishing rods, boat (15' maximum length), crab pot, casting net, jet ski, kayaks or paddleboards. Fish from the bulk head, drop your crab pot into the canal, cast your net, fish from your boat which can be docked at the side of the bulkhead, or ride your jet ski or paddleboard into the bay from the canal right outside the unit. One to two parking spaces are provided for tenants right outside the unit door which is on ground level.

Minor children in the unit are the responsibility of the lessee(s) and should be supervised closely due to the possible dangers that exist while staying in a two story waterfront property.

Set back in a quiet area of Ocean City, walk to the beach, grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and shopping. Basketball and tennis courts are also within walking distance. A library is just a few blocks away for those looking for a good book or two. Northside Park offers kayak and SUP board rentals as well as an outside weightlifting area, a baseball diamond, soccer fields and walking trails and is only a short drive away.
Getting around
Restaurants, a grocery store and shopping are all within walking distance from our unit. For those who do not like walking, the bus is available for transport into town for $3 per day per person or you may also choose to rent a bicycle from one of the nearby rental facilities.
