This place sucks

It’s a nice room and all but there was sum damage to it, the owner is also crazy. We got evicted in the middle of our stay for “partying” when we weren’t having a party. 90% of the people staying with us are family. We were a lot louder the first night we got here rather the the “last” one. She had made up lies saying the people below us had to leave last night cause it was too loud when we talked to them that morning after and they said they were fine just they were checking out that morning. She told us we had 30 mins to remove all of our belongings that we had for a week which 30 mins is unreasonable. Called the cops looking like an idiot. While we were taking our stuff out of the room she was very rude and rushed us. So as you can imagine we didn’t have time to clean up. She then tried to charge us for damage that we didnt do like cigarette burns in the carpet and their busted furniture that was like that before we got there and for a mess that we had left. She would be reasonable with us and hear us out just wanted to be ignorant

Pet Friendly house close to the boardwalk and beach

I really liked that this house was close to the boardwalk and beach. It was so nice to park your vehicle at the property and walk or ride a bike to wherever you wanted. Very convenient. It was also roomy enough for our 4 adult family with 3 bedrooms and lots of beds. The two separate showers were small. Now for the bad part......... it wasn't totally clean. After being in the place for about an hour, my daughter's feet were dirty black from the hardwood floors not being clean. The dishwasher was filthy and had to be scrubbed before even considering to use it; and we had to wash each utensil and plate before using them. We didn't eat in very often, but when we did, we used our own paper plates and plastic cups as much as possible. I don't want to make this place seem bad because it's a nice location and roomy, with a back deck and front deck, and it's great to have a place that accepts pets, but it just needs to be cleaned better, more thorough.
