Bayhouse is an exclusive private dwelling located near Crisfield, Maryland. It is part of the Kingsbay Mansion Estate and sits on the shores of Coulbourne Creek at the mouth of Tangier Sound on the Chesapeake Bay. This five-bedroom residence contains a cherry paneled great room with large flat-screen television and bookcases stocked with a smart collection of DVDs and paperbacks for poolside summer reading. The brand new kitchen has a full stove with a double oven five burner cook top, convection oven and overhead microwave. The refrigerator is a side by side doors with a pull out freezer bottom. State of the art dishwasher and two stackable sets of washer and dryers with a laundry sink. Complete with plenty of all new cabinetry and a full Butler Pantry. The cupboards are stocked with twelve place settings of dinner and glassware as well as a full set of cookware and utensils. Bayhouse boasts a master bedroom with its own private en suite bath with shower/tub combination and four additional bedrooms with built-in drawers and closets. A second full bath is situated at the end of the hallway. For the convenience of vacation living, the third bath is separated into powder room and shower room. The real magic of Bayhouse is located just off the full patio that faces the water. You can sun and swim in the mansion’s Grecian pool with fountain, lounge on its blue slate decks or cool in the shade at the outdoor bar while dinner cooks on the stainless steel barbecue. The added value to this amazing retreat is the deep-water dock waiting to host your Jet skis, boat, canoe or kayak. It’s also perfect for crabbing, fishing or a romantic sunset with that special person. The Bayhouse is available year round, so whether it’s winter hunting, holiday getaways or summers in the sun, Bayhouse is one of a kind that beckons you to visit and relax! Perfect getaway from home quarantine.

This place was just perfect for my family and guests. The pool was an ideal place to hang and Jerry and David are great hosts. Highly recommend hiring a captain for a trip to Tangier and/or Smith Island. Otherwise, sit back and relax at the pool.

Excellent service. Great property to vacation with family. Gorgeous view of the bay and off the entire property and surroundings. Great service from the hostess were very attentive. Would definitely consider making this property a reunion type of vacation. Family friendly of my all of my kids had a great time in the pool and running around in the large surroundings.
