Our stay with 12 family members was perfect at the CNC House. Especially appreciated was the quiet location, the 5 minute walk to Southwest Harbor, the proximity to Island Explorer bus stop, comfy beds, two kitchens, big dining room with ocean view, 3-1/2 baths, upstairs area perfect for kids, a closet full of games for evening family fun, and two cozy living rooms. Kristin was really helpful. We would return with pleasure.

This property consists of two houses that is separated by a door. This arrangement worked well for our families that needed a quieter side. The kids loved to explore the home that had so much history and charm. The location was quiet yet conveniently located by a lobster pound that we walked to almost every night. We would definitely stay here again.
