Pools in Lexington are usually open from late May through mid-September.
This apartment is located at 4057 Mooncoin Way, Lexington, KY 40515. Built in 2009, Forty57 is a beautifully maintained property. Near the corner of Man O'War and Nicholasville Road, this community is very convenient to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and groceries. This 1-bedroom apartment is 760 sq. ft. large. A second floor unit is featured, but we do carry multiple apartments at this location and several other communities in the city. Just let us know if a different floor level is preferred. The community does not include elevators.
All adult occupants are required to complete an application for the property to run a criminal background check. This form will be emailed to you once a reservation is made.

Smoking is not permitted within the apartments. A minimum fee of $500 will be assessed if guests smoke inside apartments. A maximum of 2 pets is permitted with a non-refundable $350 pet fee. One fee covers up to 2 pets and is not charged per pet. The following breeds are restricted: Akita, Bull Mastiff, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Malamute, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Saint Bernard, and Rottweiler.

Interaction with guests:Â Within 24 hours of making a reservation, guests will receive a brief email from Lexington Relocation. Within one week of their arrival, guests will receive an email with all apartment details and arrival instructions. The apartment includes a lockbox on the front door with keys inside. Guests will be able to check in directly to their apartment without having to meet anyone to pick up keys.
Although Lexington Relocation employees do not live on site, we're always available to help answer any questions or provide recommendations! We also provide guests with a 24-hour emergency # to contact outside of our regular business hours.
Beautiful spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. Could not fault it in anyway. Would definitely highly recommend. Hope to return someday.

Comfortable and Tidy
Location is more on the suburban but just a few short miles from downtown fun. About 20 minutes away from the horse park but in a great location for food and activities. Our stay was comfortable and included all that we needed for our stay. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

That relocated us to a 2 bedroom it was very nice and nice area it didn't have a king bed in master bedroom it had double beds the mattresses were not good I sleep in a king bed at home it's a good mattress

Mold, Very Unclean, Manger said, "Hope to see you next time"
Shocking!!! We consider loyalty to an establishment as an important part of our travels. If they do a good job in hospitality - We say, " Let's stay again"! NOT HERE! Or Any of their OTHER managed locations! Upon trying to resolve the UNSAFE, UNCLEAN, UNSUPERVISED, FILTH with management , they summed up, "Hope to see you next time!" That was their solution. I was shocked! I shared the pictures of the Stained bedspread, the mold on the doorwall, the shower not working, the stained towels, the 1" thick dust on the air return vent, the missing Fire Detector . Because of the way management handled the issue, or the lack of handling it, I will be taking these matters to Safety Governing Board in the State of Kentucky. Clean & Very Affordable
I would recommend this apartment. Bed very comfortable. Big bathroom. Had washer/dryer in the bathroom. Nice size living room and dining room and kitchen.

Excellent Superior Professional Service
I travel on business with my pet and Lexington Relocation Services is the "Best"
I have stayed at two different Apartments both were very clean and I felt as if I were staying at a high rise hotel suite. Cudo's to everyone at Lexinton Relocation Services for making my stay away from home feel like home!

Why stay in a hotel?????
The one bedroom apartment was fantastic! It had everything my daughter and I needed for our extended weekend. It is very close to everything, just jump on New Circle Road to get anywhere you need :).
The only downfall I would see is if you could not handle steps well. It is a third story apartment. Curtains over the blinds would be nice, too.

Another excellent stay
After my second stay through Lexington relocation, I can confirm that my first excellent experience in October 2014 was not a fluke. Great apartment in a quiet location. LR staff were once again professional, accommodating and friendly. I'll be back in a couple of months! Wish you guys were nationwide!

Great place to stay in Lexington
This was our 2nd time staying with Lexington Relocations in one of their furnished apartments. Everything was perfect. The apt was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for the long weekend. Working with Lexington Relocations was a breeze. Great instructions, great apartment, nice furnishings, nice area, great stay overall.

Great Option for Lexington stay
The apartment rental for our 3-day weekend in Lexington worked out great. Lexington Relocation was great to work with. Instructions were well defined and easy to follow to find and enter our apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for the weekend. Exactly what you would want in a furnished rental with full kitchen. Excellent alternative to a hotel room. The only improvement would be the bed - the mattress was too soft for my liking, but would not keep me from staying there again. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering a hotel room at a comparable price.

This is a beautifully maintained community built in 2009. It is located near shopping, entertainment, restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores. This community features open parking, so guests are able to park in ANY open space right in front of the apartment.
Getting around
There is a LexTran bus stop within 0.9 miles of the apartment. Many guests also utilize Uber and Lyft.

Traveling along I-75 S, take exit 115 (KY-922 S/Newtown Pike). Turn right onto Newtown Pike and drive for approximately 2 miles. Use the right lane to merge onto KY-4 W/New Circle Road (to the Airport). Travel approximately 9 miles and take exit 19 (US-27/Nicholasville Road). Turn right onto Nicholasville Road and drive for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left on to Man O’War Blvd E. Turn right onto the second street, Osbourn Way. Turn right at the stop sign onto Mooncoin Way. The property entrance is on the right.
Traveling along I-75 N, take exit 104 (KY-418/Athens Boonesboro Rd). Turn left onto Athens Boonesboro and drive for approximately 4 miles; Athens Boonesboro becomes Richmond Road after 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Man O’War Blvd W and travel approximately 5.5 miles. Turn left onto Osbourn Way. Turn right at the stop sign onto Mooncoin Way. The property entrance is on the right.
