From the moment you drive up to the California modern design of Villa Belle, you will realize that you are at a vacation rental like no other. The main downstairs living has two large sectional seating groups and a 85” Sony Smart TV, one of 24 televisions in this house that is equipped with both Direct TV and cable. Overlooking the room is a uniquely designed gourmet kitchen complete with large island with seating, stainless steel appliances, Wolf cooktop and double ovens, Subzero refrigerator and freezer, quartz countertops, and a large glass dining table, specially designed for conversation. Downstairs are two king master bedrooms each conveniently located near the workout room, laundry, pool bath, and arcade room. The Avenger themed arcade room will entertain for hours with air hockey, foosball, NOS dead heat driving game, two muticades with 100s of games, Golden Tee Golf, child’s craft area, and a PS4 and Xbox gaming area. The downstairs laundry area is one of two in the home with a total of 4 washers and 4 dryers for your convenience.
A Yamaha baby grand piano is located under a chandelier of brilliant crystals of light that teardrop over the floating staircase. Glass railing envelopes the stairs in a dramatic modern design. The second floor has five additional en suite bedrooms, including a princess room. Belle’s bedroom has four full size beds and Madam de la Grande Bouche dresser. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with custom bedding, draperies, and only the highest end furniture. All bedrooms have oversized 60” Smart TVs and memory foam mattresses.
Completing the second floor is a large gathering area with an oversized white leather sectional, a 75” smart TV, large wet bar complete with ice maker, microwave, wine refrigerator, and bar seating. A billiards table and additional TV opens into this gathering area. Doors open immediately to an outdoor covered balcony with plush outdoor furniture and TV. A second floor laundry is also available for your convenience.
Entering the third floor, a lavishly appointed theater room boasts a 150” projection screen and acoustic wall paneling. The room comfortably seats 18+ with both reclining theater seats and sectional seating. A third gathering area equipped with TV and Xbox is outside the theater room. A large third story west-facing sun deck, complete with loungers and sectionals, provides the perfect place to sunbathe or sip a glass of wine with friends in the evening.
From the main sitting area on the third floor you will enter the platform of the train station. Arguably the world’s most extravagant themed room awaits you as you push the luggage cart between platforms 9 and 10 entering the train station. As you walk into the magical express station and board the train, you will find 6 sleeping quarters with twin size beds complete with daily prophet sheets and Hogwarts Express pillows. Each sleeping car on the train has its own twin size memory foam bed, TV, headphones, light, and USB charging station. Step off the train on the other side to the grassy grounds next to the castle. Try to tame the dragon as he surrounds the train and sit in your own spider or Hedwig bean bag chair. Every muggle and wizard alike will be bewitched and fascinated beyond his or her wildest dreams. Off the back of the train is a bathroom with double vanities and two separate private showers.
The outside pool and spa was designed for those who enjoy soaking in the rays. Sun loungers surround the pool. All outdoor furniture is equipped in the highest quality moisture wicking fabric that allows it to dry shortly after a Florida rainstorm. Additional sectional seating is located around a linear gas fire pit that overlooks the golf course. A large spa flows into the pool as does three other fountains. The outdoor summer kitchen is equipped for large gathering with a 36” Wolf gas grill and rotisserie, outdoor ice maker, refrigerator, bar seating and dining room table. . A 75” smart TV is located outside and can be viewed from the bar seating, dining, and even the hot tub and pool. This home is complete with complimentary wifi and Control4 zoned system music.
As beautiful as the pictures are, the only way to fully appreciate this house is to see it for yourself. If you want to be amazed, book it! The decor is very stylish and contemporary, and ALL furnishings are top notch. It's clear that the owner put a lot of thought into the design of the home to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. There were 15 people in my party and we cannot stop talking about our stay. We loved everything about the house, and the special touches were an added bonus. Some of our favorite things: the extremely comfy sofas and bedding, the dining table (perfect for group conversation), the arcade, the theater (comfy seats and incredible sound), the relaxing patio (nice having a TV in pool area), the spacious bedrooms and the themed rooms. The location is also convenient to many Orlando attractions, but warning - you may not want to go anywhere once you arrive!

Luxury Orlando Vacation Home
This house is absolutely stunning! All the little details in this house truly made it one of a kind. The Harry Potter room was a HUGE hit. We were always in the pool or in the game room and even did karaoke in the theater room. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit!

Paradise for Adults & Children Overflowing With Unique and Special Touches!
This home was stunning and one of my favorites so far! It was filled with luxurious adult rooms & Disney/Harry Potter themed rooms that no child could resist. The owners went to great lengths and expense to give the children an authentic experience. The movie room was amazing with a huge screen, great sound and lots of very comfortable reclining chairs. The kitchen also exceeded my expectations. It was stocked with every large and small appliance that you could need as well as an abundance of dinnerware, glassware and eating/cooking utensils. Everywhere you went in the home there were comfortable places to relax and unwind including a pool and hot tub. It was also located really close to Disney & Universal. We will definitely stay here again!

Breathtakingly beautiful!
Our family came here to visit Harry Potter World at Universal Studios. We were attracted to this home because of the cool Harry Potter Room with the train for the kids to sleep in. However when we arrived, I was blown away by all the high-end modern decor. And the huge theater room was used many times to watch movies as a family and to play family games. They had Hogwarts decorations in the cupboard that we used one night for a Hogwarts feast that gave us lots of fun memories! We will definitely come back to this home again for all our Harry Potter fun!

Incredible House for Disney/Universal
We had 3 families come and stay at this wonderful house for 6 nights. 8 kids and endless fun with the pool, theater and arcade room. Plenty of space and incredible furnishings and the owner Ann is super friendly and accomodating. Convenient to both parks. We will definitely be booking on our next trip to Orlando.

AMAZING luxury home with everything you need for fun and comfort! Perfect for familes!
It was an amazing house and perfect for families. The owners were awesome and easy to work with. They also use Jeeves, and were also very attentive. All of the adult bedrooms have unique touches which makes it difficult to pick which one you want. The kids rooms were out of this world. The Harry Potter room’s attention to detail is spectacular and on the top floor with the amazing movie theater, another gaming area with Xbox one and a PS4, and private rooftop balcony. The Harry Potter room sleeps 6 and you will feel you have stepped into the movies. My kids said it felt like we were at Universal Studios, it was pretty special. The Beauty and the Beast room was beautiful, sleeps 4. Our kids moved downstairs for a night to experience it, our daughter loved it, again the detail is amazing. The game room was loved by the whole family. We spent a lot of time in there playing Golden Tee, a sit down Racing game and Air Hockey, but it has so much more. Kids used the XBOX One and PS4 in this room a lot. The rest of the home is extremely nice. Kitchen and family room have all you need for a great party with family and friends. It has a beautiful grand piano, which my wife played to entertain. Second floor has its own family room setup with a large bar, pool table and walkout balcony with couches. This is where we watched the Final Four and had a really fun night. Pool and hot tub/spa were enjoyed by everyone, great outdoor furniture, nice kitchen/bbq setup, no expense was spared. Gym was useful, but both main reunion building and the new Jack Nicklaus club house (walking distance) have additional facilities. With my wife owning and teaching at a high end boutique fitness studio she appreciated these additional options. The fitness room was perfect for the rest of us. With four washers and four dryers we went home with all clean clothes which was another nice perk. Overall, this is a five star property and will become the highlight of anyone’s vacation! My family’s number one memory from the week was arriving and exploring the home and picking where everyone would sleep! The owner was extremely attentive and great to work with! We look forward to coming back again and again!

Paradise In Orlando!
Absolutely amazing house! My family was so excited when we walked into this mansion. Every bedroom had a unique theme. The Harry Potter Room was better than Universal's Harry Potter World. There is a full arcade for the kids as well. There are two full kitchens inside as well as a full kitchen outside. And the pool/hot tub area was phenomenal. I did not want to leave to go to the parks!

Beautiful home with personal attention by owner to every detail imaginable!
Even though this brand new home, beautifully appointed, is only five miles from Disney, you will not want to leave home! The owners have furnished it with family fun and enjoyment at heart. It has everything! Beautiful bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, swimming pool with outdoor kitchen and tv, pool table inside with another living area, outdoor sunning area, Harry Potter bedroom with six bunks, Beauty and the Beast bedroom with four bunks and the other bedrooms are dreamy! We had a wonderful time with our family and friends - we will go back!
