Piacevole soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane a Villa Paradiso, ad agosto 2022.
La piscina coperta nel palazzo e la terrazza dell'alloggio (molto grande, con vista su Montecarlo e sul mare) sono SUPERLATIVE.
Peccato aver trovato l'alloggio molto sporco e trascurato, sarebbe necessaria maggior attenzione, manutenzione e soprattutto pulizia.
Aver 2 bagni è comodo, ma sarebbe ancor più comodo avere la doccia.
Per andare al mare ci sono parecchie scale, ma il bus sotto casa porta comodamente alle spiagge di Mentone e Cap Martin.
La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile ed accomodante, ci ha anche permesso di portare i nostri due gatti.

C'est la 2e fois que nous louons l'appartement de Rossana qui est une hôte attentionnée et agréable. L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et calme. Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons de nouveau.

L'appartement est très luxueux et assez grand. Très bien situé, à proximité des commerces, des transports et des lieux à visiter. Très proche de l'Italie et des villes du Sud de la France pour se promener. La terrasse est idéale pour les repas avec une vue époustouflante sur la Mer et Monaco! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la femme de ménage et le gardien. La propriétaire, Rossana a été très attentive à notre satisfaction et nos besoins. Grazie per tutto Rossana, abbiamo passato bellissime vacanze!

Take 2 honeymoon
Myself and my husband booked this wonderful apartment. It was clean, bright, homely and very comfortable. We walked to Monaco and back each evening. I would suggest this only for very fit people (a lot of stairs) or get local taxi app on phone. We didn't get to use pool but had a look whilst there and it looks beautiful. Rossana, the host, was so easy to deal with. It was a pleasure to stay here and I will definitely be recommending to friends.

Total Rip OFF do not consider this,
After 2 hours trying to get in to the apartment, we discovered what appeared to be a dirty university dormitory, with someone still living in it! Totally misrepresented and completely unacceptable. It was so late by the time we finally got in, we spent one night and moved to a hotel. I contacted the owner immediately. She completely blew me off and has refused to refund my money. I have photos and much more to add.

Terrible experience.
Two weeks before we are due to travel we are contacted by the vendor asking if we can change our dates, we say no as we are travelling to Monaco for specific dates for a show. The reason for this is an acquaintance is staying at the property and won't leave... ok we have paid all the money to stay and you are saying we cannot stay there because of an acquaintance won't leave!?
Her only option to us was to stay in Menton for 2 nights(which is 25 mins away) and then stay at her property for the remainder of the week stay, i asked numerous times for a refund via holiday letting messages and also via communication on whats app, this never happened and with it being so close to our stay we had to take the offer to stay in Menton or book somewhere else and lose out on £1400.
The place she booked for us in Menton did not have enough beds for us to sleep in so one of us had to sleep on sofa cushions on the floor!!
I told her about this and received no reply..
We stayed at her apartment for the remaining 5 days.
The apartment says sleeps 7, which it probably could do if you wanted to be very uncomfortable and cramped.
We generally book these type of places so we can cook a bit of food ourselves whilst we stay, this was a nightmare as the kitchen was the size of a cupboard, if 7 people where to stay there and eat in then there would be issues as there were only 3 plates.
We attempted to clean the dishes in the dishwasher which was totally blocked up which basically ended any idea of trying to cook again.
The hot water stayed hot enough for 1 decent shower, which again we couldn't have because although there was a shower head, it was at the height of the bath taps so to have a shower we have to hold the shower head with one hand whilst using soap with the other, there was no shower screen either.
It seems this place isn't properly geared up for rental as there was a lot of the vendors personal belongings in the property.
The large balcony was the highlight of the apartment, although this was looking onto a building site.
I don't feel this apartment can be labelled as luxury just because there is a swimming pool within the building.
We asked repeatedly for a refund because of us having to stay elsewhere for 2 days, this has never happened, we thought she would refund us for the 2 days inconvenienced to us staying in Menton, this also incurred extra travel costs for us travelling to and from Monaco.

It is the first time that a person don't agree. Every one was very happy before....
We have payed for you to stay in Menton.
There are many wonderful hot showers (private and closed with doors) in swimming pool area.
