This 100 plus year old home has been lovingly restored over the past 5 years with over 3000 square feet of living space. You'll love the large living areas with a living room, family room and parlor which is now used as a TV room all with lots of seating. The formal dining room connected to the very modern kitchen with all new appliances, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware needed to feed a big family. The main floor also has a laundry room with washer & dryer and a half bath. The second level has a large landing area with a game area, coffee maker and microwave along with a full bath and 4 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a 4th bedroom with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds.
